Чим ви будете займатися:

• Допомагати Product Owner в побудові та імплементації продуктового роадмапу, а також з дослідженнями, розробкою вимог і комунікацією з розробниками

• Тісно співпрацювати з кросфункціональними командами (розробки, дизайну, бізнес аналізу та дата аналітики) для покращення користувацького досвіду

• Проводити дослідження ринку

• Прописувати вимоги для розробки, брати участь у створенні продуктових вимог від ідеї до реалізації

• Формувати сценарії та гайди для інтервʼю, проводити їх із користувачами

• Допомагати аналізувати поведінку користувачів та їхню взаємодію з продуктом

About the role:

We're looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of our core products — the tools our teams, clients, and partners rely on every day. You'll guide them from the first idea and roadmap all the way through launch and the improvements that follow.

You'll shape what we build and why, working closely with our Software Architect, designers, and engineers to turn business goals into real products that ship.

This is a hands-on role with a strategic edge. You'll help set the direction for the whole portfolio, but you'll also be in the details of the backlog every week. Think of yourself as the link between leadership, the people who build the product, and the people who use it.

What you'll do:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap across the full portfolio, balancing the long-term vision with what we deliver each quarter. You'll recommend what gets built, what gets cut, and what can wait.
• Turn that strategy into a clear, prioritized backlog. Write requirements and user stories that design and engineering can pick up and run with — without needing a follow-up meeting to figure out what you meant.
• Work with the Software Architect and engineering leads on trade-offs, scoping, and sequencing. You won't be writing code, but you'll be comfortable enough in these conversations to ask good questions and make sound calls.
• Partner with designers through discovery, prototyping, and testing, making sure the experience for users and the outcomes for the business line up.
• Keep everyone across the business aligned — leadership, sales, support, marketing. Communicate trade-offs honestly, and push back when it's the right thing to do.
• Talk directly with clients and partners when it sharpens our thinking — discovery calls, feedback sessions, and the like.
• Define what success looks like before work starts, then measure the results after launch so we actually learn what worked.
• Keep an eye on the market and competitors so the portfolio stays well-positioned and we spot opportunities early.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in product management, ideally with experience owning more than one product or a full portfolio.
• A track record of shipping, not just planning. We want someone who's taken ideas from a blank page to a live product more than once.
• Strong prioritization instincts. You can explain a "no" as clearly as a "yes."
• Comfortable working in agile teams and with tools like Asana, Notion, or Figma.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal. You can explain a trade-off to a non-technical exec and a business goal to an engineer, and both walk away clear.

About the Role

JetMonsters IT Holding is looking for an Product Manager / Apps Product Lead with experience in iOS & mobile apps to build and lead the full cycle of testing and launching mobile applications for the US market at the JetApps studio.

This role focuses primarily on iOS subscription-based apps across categories such as tools, utilities, content, and health & fitness.

You will own the entire product lifecycle — from identifying promising app niches and defining MVP strategy to launching, testing, and scaling successful products.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and niche selection for new mobile apps to test.
• Identify core value propositions and define the MVP scope, product requirements and approve the UX logic.
• Define the required monetization model and unit economics.
• Define and manage key product metrics, build financial models for MVP, and ensure product profitability.
• Set up product analytics, manage events and funnel tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, marketing, and finance teams.
• Manage the full cycle of MVP development, testing, and iteration, making decisions: kill / iterate / scale.
• Work with A/B testing frameworks and drive experiment-driven product development

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Mobile Product Management (preferably iOS apps).
• Experience working with subscription monetization models.
• Proven experience launching subscription-based products from scratch in Tier-1 markets (US preferred), with a track record of scaling revenue and generating sustainable margins.
• Strong understanding of mobile app unit economics.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or similar).

We're looking for a deeply technical Product Manager with a strong understanding of financial markets to join our Trading Core direction. You'll build the technology core that powers the entire business - matching, liquidity, risk, and pricing infrastructure across CFD and Crypto markets.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for Infra & Liquidity, Risk Tech, and Commerce Tech domains, working alongside Engineering Directors and Quants
• Write highly detailed, edge-case-heavy PRDs for backend systems (e.g., defining the exact mathematical logic for cross-margin liquidations during high volatility)
• Collaborate with the Risk Management and Dealing departments to build internal tools that allow them to monitor exposure and combat toxic trading in real-time
• Oversee stress tests and historical analytics to ensure the core infrastructure can handle extreme market events (e.g., crypto flash crashes)

Requirements

• Experience in a highly technical backend role within a Crypto Exchange, CFD, Prop Trading Firm, or HFT environment
• Deep knowledge of market microstructure, order matching algorithms, liquidity aggregation, FIX API, and bridging technologies (e.g., PrimeXM, OneZero)
• Strong understanding of financial risk management: margin calculations, liquidation mechanics, Value at Risk (VaR), and A/B/C-book operating models
• Solid technical foundation: ability to understand complex system architectures, bare-metal infrastructure, and latency-sensitive network design
• Experience in defining complex fee engines, rebate structures, and financial reconciliation processes
