• Solid grasp of brand metrics: SOV, brand sentiment, branded search, non-social reach
• Hands-on experience with media monitoring and outreach tools — Brandwatch, Brand24, Cision, Muck Rack, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
• Comfortable briefing and reviewing creative output (design, content) 
• Solid understanding of how brand awareness feeds into performance funnels
• Basic project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar)

Epom is scaling its advertising technology stack across two product lines — the established Epom Ad Server and the newly launching Epom DSP. 

We're looking for a Digital PR Manager to build and own our external communications strategy end-to-end, ensuring both products get the media visibility, industry credibility, and executive presence they deserve — especially as we bring Epom DSP to market.
This is a highly autonomous role. We need someone who can take the PR function from a blank page — building the workflow, tools, and cadence themselves — rather than executing a pre-built plan. Over time, we expect this person to identify repetitive parts of the process (outreach tracking, content scheduling, reporting) and automate them, so PR runs as a lean, self-sustaining system rather than manual day-to-day effort.
 

⚙️What You'll Do
 

• Build and maintain media relationships. Develop ongoing relationships with journalists, analysts, and editors covering adtech, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing technology (e.g. AdExchanger, ExchangeWire, MarTech Series, The Drum) to ensure Epom Ad Server and Epom DSP are regularly featured — through contributed articles, press releases, expert commentary, and interviews.
• Monitor industry news and identify reactive or hijacknews PR opportunities. Track shifts in the programmatic/adtech landscape — privacy regulation changes (e.g. cookie deprecation, consent frameworks), competitive moves by other DSPs/ad servers, and broader industry trends — to position Epom as a timely voice.
• Translate technical updates into media-ready narratives. Coordinate with Product and Engineering to turn feature releases and technical improvements into compelling stories for press and content.
• Manage speaking opportunities. Source and manage submissions for adtech/programmatic conferences and industry events (e.g. Programmatic I/O, dmexco) for Epom's executives.
• Drive referral traffic from PR and social activity. Treat social media and press placements not just as visibility, but as a traffic channel — track and optimize for quality referral traffic to Epom's website from social posts, articles, and media mentions.
• Own C-level social media presence. Manage and grow the personal/professional social media profiles of Epom's C-level executives (primarily LinkedIn), including content planning, drafting posts, coordinating with leadership on messaging, and tracking engagement.
• Create newsletter content. Write and edit content for Epom's newsletters (company updates, product news, industry commentary), keeping a consistent voice and regular cadence.
• Support the Epom DSP launch. Plan and execute PR activities around the DSP launch, including press releases, briefing materials, and media outreach timelines.
• Build the PR function from the ground up. Independently set up the processes, content calendar, and tools needed to run PR consistently — without needing detailed day-to-day direction.
• Automate and streamline over time. Identify repetitive or manual parts of the PR workflow (media list tracking, content scheduling, coverage reporting, social publishing) and introduce tools or automations to reduce manual effort and increase consistency.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, reporting on PR performance and adjusting strategy accordingly.

🎯What We're Looking For
 

• 2–4+ years of experience in PR, communications, or content marketing — ideally in adtech, martech, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience managing executive/C-level social media presence.
• Strong writing skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone across newsletters, press releases, and social posts.
• Existing relationships with (or demonstrated ability to build relationships with) adtech/martech media and journalists.
• Track record of securing earned media placements.
• Comfortable working directly with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter mindset — comfortable organizing their own workload, setting up processes from scratch, and working with minimal supervision.
• Process-oriented and tool-savvy — experience with (or genuine interest in) PR/marketing automation tools (e.g. media monitoring platforms, scheduling tools, CRM-style outreach trackers) and a habit of looking for ways to remove manual work.

Ми шукаємо стратега та хранителя смислів, який перетворить наше позиціонування «Розуміти, щоб діяти» на цілісну, системну комунікацію. Це роль для зрілого фахівця, який вміє працювати з брендом як із системою меседжів, відчуває текст на рівні ДНК і вміє вибудовувати довгострокові стосунки з аудиторією.

Ваш фокус уваги:

• Управління брендом як системою: Декомпозиція позиціонування по різних аудиторіях та каналах. Створення та контроль стандартів Tone of Voice (в усіх точках контакту від соцмереж до email).
• Комунікаційна стратегія: Формування плану бренд-цілей, календаря активностей, колаборацій та спецпроєктів.
• Створення сенсів та копірайт: Написання й верифікація текстів для ключових точок (рекламні кампанії, email-серії, сайт, лендінги, бренд-кампанії, меседж-бокси для рекламодавців).
• Курування PR та спецпроєктів: Концептуальне керування інфоприсутністю (~15–20% робочого часу) та розробка ідей для колаборацій (без ручного продакшну).
• Баланс інтересів: Робота на стику інтересів читача та рекламодавця, захист рамки бренду на рівні складних рішень.

Наші очікування від кандидата:

• Досвід: 7+ років у бренд-комунікаціях, контент- або медіа-ролях. Великим плюсом буде досвід у підписних чи мембершип-медіа (модель підписки).
• Експертиза: Глибокі знання бренд-комунікацій, архітектури Tone of Voice, основ lifecycle/email-комунікацій.
• Навички: Бездоганний смак у тексті, сильний копірайт, стратегічне мислення (вміння перекласти абстрактну ідею у чіткий меседж), досвід брифування та курування виконавців.

Про роль

Це не SMM і не контент-менеджмент.

Ми шукаємо людину, яка вибудує community та PR-напрямок, щоб:

• підсилити присутність бренду в бізнес-середовищі;
• активувати клієнтську базу через комунікації;
• запускати рекомендації та повторні продажі;
• розвивати партнерства та публічну присутність компанії.

Основні задачі

• розвиток і підтримка клієнтського community (Telegram / інші платформи);
• організація бізнес-зустрічей, подій і нетворкінгу;
• PR-активності: виступи, івенти, публічні інтеграції;
• координація соцмереж (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube);
• робота з клієнтською базою: рекомендації, повторні продажі;
• розвиток партнерств і колаборацій у бізнес-середовищі;
• синхронізація community + PR + контенту в єдину систему.

Кого шукаємо

Обов’язково:

• 2+ роки досвіду у PR / community / B2B-комунікаціях;
• досвід організації подій або комунікаційних процесів;
• сильні навички спілкування і роботи з людьми;
• системність, самоорганізація;
• вміння працювати без постійного контролю.

Плюсом буде:

• досвід у B2B / консалтингу / освіті;
• бізнес-клуби або професійні спільноти;
• LinkedIn networking;
• досвід роботи з referral / retention механіками.

Умови

• Full-time (пн–пт, 09:00–18:00)
• Формат роботи: офіс в Одесі, але також можливий гібрид або віддалений формат
• Пряма робота з власником компанії - швидкі рішення без зайвої бюрократії
• 1–2 відрядження на місяць (бізнес-події, партнерства, нетворкінг)
• Ставка: 35 000 грн + KPI-бонуси, які напряму залежать від результатів (рекомендації, активність, продажі)
• Середній дохід: від 60 000 грн+ при виконанні показників
• Є можливість впливати на процеси, формат роботи і розвивати напрям як окрему систему в компанії
