Ми шукаємо PR & Communications Specialist рівня Middle, який посилить комунікаційну команду bill_line та допоможе розвивати бренд компанії на українському й міжнародних ринках.

На цій позиції спеціаліст працюватиме у взаємодії з керівником напряму комунікацій, братиме участь у реалізації зовнішніх і внутрішніх комунікаційних проєктів, розвитку відносин із медіа, підготовці контенту та посиленні репутації бренду.

Ця роль буде цікавою для фахівців, які вже мають практичний досвід у PR та комунікаціях, здатні самостійно вести окремі задачі й проєкти, пропонувати нові ідеї та працювати на результат. Вимоги:
- Досвід від 3-х років у сферах PR та комунікацій (досвід у Fintech, IT чи Crypto буде значною перевагою);
- Рівень англійської Upper-Intermediate, достатній для вільного написання контенту та комунікації з партнерами;
- Розуміння того, як працюють алгоритми соціальних мереж та як адаптувати контент під різні платформи (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram);
- Навички копірайтингу: вміння писати зрозуміло, грамотно та в різних форматах (від постів до експертних статей);
- Вміння/готовність працювати з аналітикою та метриками ефективності комунікацій;
- Інтерес до сфери фінансів, блокчейну та сучасних технологій;
- Гнучкість, ініціативність та готовність працювати в активному темпі мультинаціональної команди.

Що потрібно робити:
- Формування комунікаційних сенсів та контроль якості контенту;
- Написання текстів: пресрелізи, колонки, аналітичні матеріали, внутрішні документи;
- Взаємодія з медіа для розміщення публікацій;
- Розвиток внутрішніх комунікацій: корпоративні канали, дайджести, комунікація по внутрішніх проєктах;
- Участь у підготовці івентів і конференцій;
- Генерація та тестування гіпотез для підвищення ефективності комунікацій;
- Аналіз результатів та покращення показників на основі даних.

Про роль

Це не SMM і не контент-менеджмент.

Ми шукаємо людину, яка вибудує community та PR-напрямок, щоб:

• підсилити присутність бренду в бізнес-середовищі;
• активувати клієнтську базу через комунікації;
• запускати рекомендації та повторні продажі;

Основні задачі

• розвиток і підтримка клієнтського community (Telegram / інші платформи);
• організація бізнес-зустрічей, подій і нетворкінгу;
• PR-активності: виступи, івенти, публічні інтеграції;
