• 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 markets
• Experience working in a product company
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to effectively use analytics for decision-making
• Ability to calculate campaign profitability and optimise performance based on data
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with partners at different levels
• Budget and cost management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changes in the industry

• Attract new partners to develop and scale the existing affiliate programme
• Analyse SEO sites to determine the most profitable positions and traffic acquisition strategies
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners
• Day-to-day communication with affiliates to discuss existing campaigns and develop new ones
• Analyse campaign performance, calculate profitability, and take action to maximise affiliate performance
• Manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and budgeted expenses
• Manage the process of creating the necessary creative materials (banners, landing pages, etc.)
• Optimise costs to achieve maximum impact within the affiliate programme

About us

NBX Media is a media technology company and part of the NBX Group, the organization behind some of Central & Eastern Europe’s largest conferences focused on Web3, AI and Affiliate Marketing.

We are currently building and scaling our own Cash on Delivery (COD) Nutra brand and are looking for an experienced performance marketer to drive customer acquisition and affiliate growth.
 

Position

Affiliate Manager / Media Buyer

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland)

Employment: B2B

Salary: USD 2,000 – 3,000 net/month + performance-based bonus

Responsibilities

* Build and manage affiliate partnerships.
* Launch, optimize and scale performance marketing campaigns.
* Manage advertising budgets across multiple traffic sources.
* Optimize lead quality and acquisition costs.
* Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
* Set up and maintain campaign tracking and attribution.
* Work closely with the call center and operations teams to improve confirmation and delivery rates.
* Test new traffic sources and acquisition strategies.
* Report directly to the company’s management.

Requirements (Must Have)

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.
* Hands-on experience promoting Nutra products.
* Experience with Cash on Delivery (COD) offers.
* Experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, Native Ads or other paid traffic channels.
* Experience with tracking platforms such as Voluum, Binom, RedTrack or similar.
* Strong analytical mindset.
* Experience optimizing campaigns based on KPIs.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership.
* Good English communication skills.
