We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who will play a key role in growing our affiliate channel, building strategic partnerships, and driving high-quality traffic and revenue across the LATAM market.
 

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute the affiliate growth strategy to achieve traffic, revenue, and business objectives.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new affiliates, media buying teams, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key affiliate partners to drive sustainable business growth.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and custom partnership models.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using key metrics such as ROI, CPA, LTV, FTD, Conversion Rate, Retention, and Revenue.
• Identify new traffic sources, GEOs, partnership opportunities, and market expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, BI, Analytics, and Finance teams to optimize affiliate performance.
• Monitor traffic quality, detect fraudulent activity, and ensure compliance with affiliate program guidelines.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with strategic partners and implement growth plans.
• Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Represent the company at affiliate conferences, networking events, and industry exhibitions.

• Own affiliate channel performance and deliver partner acquisition and revenue growth targets.

   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.
• 2+ years of experience as a Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager and/or Team Lead.
• Proven experience in the iGaming/Gambling industry is required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing affiliate partnerships in the Chile/LATAM market.
• Experience managing affiliate budgets exceeding $100,000.
• Strong track record of acquiring, developing, and managing high-value affiliate partnerships.
• Experience negotiating CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and custom commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on affiliate performance.
• Deep understanding of affiliate KPIs, including ROI, CPA, LTV, FTD, Conversion Rate, Retention, and Revenue.
• Experience working with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, CRM tools, and reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
