The role

You run Meta campaigns for your own client accounts, end to end:

• Launch campaigns: structure, audiences, budgets
• Test creatives, angles and audiences, and make the kill and scale calls
• Optimise daily against each client's real targets: cost per FTD, CPA, ROAS — not cheap leads
• Keep accounts healthy: spend limits, tracking, ad policy, restrictions
• Update clients on results in short, clear English messages, and join client calls in English
• Work with our creative and automation team on what to test next

This is a specialist seat, not an assistant role.

What you need

• 2+ years running Meta direct-response campaigns yourself, not under someone else's direction
• Hands-on experience in iGaming or another restricted vertical
• You've dealt with ad rejections and account restrictions and kept performance going
• Strong written English (B2+): most client communication is written
• Spoken English for client calls. It doesn't need to be perfect, but you must be able to hold the call yourself
• Consistency. Every working day, every meeting, the same standard
• Google Ads or TikTok Ads experience is a plus

Your project:

AdConnect. It is a business within appflame that specializes in building innovative solutions in performance marketing and digital products development. Our performance marketing includes Social, PPC, Native, and Display advertising. Within these areas, we help businesses from around the world acquire new customers through Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Taboola, and more. 

You will:

• Develop and run Meta app campaign strategies for highly competitive dating products and target markets, within budget guidelines.
• Launch, optimize, and scale App Promotion and Advantage+ app campaigns with a monthly budget of $200k+, growing toward $500k+.
• Analyze and optimize performance using CPI, CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and ROI, keeping payback targets while scaling.
