Кого ми шукаємо:

• Успішний досвід роботи в iGaming-продукті від 3–5 років з Tier-1 GEO 
• Практичний досвід роботи з SEO-трафіком на зазначених GEO.
• Вміння працювати з Ahrefs, Humble, SimilarWeb та іншими інструментами для оцінки iGaming-сайтів.
• Англійська — не нижче B2 (upper-intermediate).
• Наявність власної бази афіліейтів на зазначених GEO та глибоке розуміння специфіки ринку.
• Досвід роботи з Affilka та SoftSwiss буде перевагою.
• Навички роботи з Power BI / Tableau чи іншими аналітичними інструментами.
• Розуміння та досвід роботи з усіма моделями оплати (RS, Hybrid, CPA, flat fee).
• Досвід відвідування та готовність представляти компанію на міжнародних iGaming-конференціях.
• Навички пошуку та виходу на контакт із SEO-афіліейтами, навіть за відсутності контактів на сайтах.
• Аналітичне мислення та здатність ухвалювати рішення на основі метрик.
• Бізнес-орієнтованість, націленість на результат та бажання багато заробляти.

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on team member to help scale our inbound marketing efforts. This role offers an opportunity to take a more strategic and analytical approach to marketing - diving into performance analysis, exploring new tools, and planning growth initiatives. At the same time, you’ll be getting things done - executing clear, simple, and effective tasks that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish case studies across key platforms: Clutch, TechBehemoths, DesignRush, UpCity, GoodFirms, Techreviewer, as well as on the website
• Launch and manage our presence on new platforms: TrustPilot, Capterra, Crunchbase
• Maintain and optimize LinkedIn and Google My Business profiles
• Build a streamlined review generation system ("review farm") for inbound platforms
• Write content for blog posts and case studies for the website and external platforms
• Manage PR activities
• Execute email marketing campaigns
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience with AI tools
• English level: B2 or higher (both written and spoken)
• Experience working in an outsourcing company
• Proactive mindset and ability to multitask
• Basic hands-on understanding of inbound lead platforms (Clutch, TechBehemoths, G2, GoodFirms, etc.)

Role overview
We’re looking for an Apple Search Ads Specialist to fully own user acquisition in the App Store for our iOS real estate product. You’ll manage the entire channel end-to-end - from keyword research to campaign optimization and revenue impact. This role exists to turn Apple Search Ads into a predictable and scalable acquisition channel within a limited budget.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Audit App Store presence and identify high-value keyword opportunities across target audiences
• Build and launch structured Apple Search Ads campaigns (discovery, brand, competitor, generic)
• Manage bidding strategy and budget allocation to maximize ROAS within a constrained budget
• Optimize campaigns continuously based on performance data, scaling effective keywords and cutting inefficiencies
• Run A/B tests on Custom Product Pages, creatives, and ad variations to improve conversion rates
• Track full-funnel performance from impressions to paid users and optimize toward revenue, not just installs
• Collaborate with design and product teams on creatives, ASO improvements, and attribution setup

✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Apple Search Ads campaigns
• Proven track record working with small budgets (under $5K/month) and delivering measurable results
• Strong understanding of App Store search behavior, keyword strategy, and bidding mechanics
• Experience structuring campaigns by audience segments and intent levels
• Full-funnel analytical mindset, connecting ad spend to revenue and downstream metrics
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, reporting, and modeling
• Understanding of iOS attribution (AdServices, SKAdNetwork)
• English B2+ for daily communication, reporting, and working with US market data

➕ Bonus if you have:

• Experience in real estate, proptech, or similar verticals
• ASO experience, including keyword optimization and conversion improvements

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst who will own marketing analytics quality and turn data into real business decisions. This role is about making marketing data transparent, reliable, and actionable — and helping the team grow ROMI through insights, not just reports.

• Own marketing analytics and ensure data transparency and reliability;
• Ensure correctness of marketing metrics across traffic sources, attribution models, and reporting tools;
• Identify data inconsistencies and investigate their root causes;
• Turn marketing data into actionable insights that improve ROMI and marketing efficiency;
• Conduct marketing research and channel audits to uncover growth opportunities and inefficiencies;
• Work closely with marketing teams (paid acquisition, influencers, retention, SMM) to support decision-making with data;
• Improve marketing analytics processes, metric definitions, and reporting logic;
• Detect risks and problem areas early and highlight them before they become critical;
• Gradually participate in building a small marketing analytics team.

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics at Senior level;
• Strong experience with GA4 (setup, custom events, debugging);
• Strong understanding of attribution models, ROAS, CAC, LTV and ROMI;
• Experience working with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker Studio);
• Experience working with performance marketing data and multiple traffic sources;
• Experience conducting marketing research and channel audits;
• Strong data quality mindset and ability to investigate discrepancies;
• Experience working with product funnels and user acquisition flows;
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable business insights;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

• Familiarity with the Steam trade system, skins market, or gaming experience (CS2, Dota2, Rust);
• Domain experience in high-load E-commerce, Fintech, or iGaming projects;
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare and influencer-based acquisition models;
• Experience working on international projects with multi-regional attribution;
