Що потрібно робити?

🎮 Створювати 3D-рівні для мобільних ігор 
🏔️ Продумувати локації, простір, перешкоди, темп, камеру, маршрути та геймплейний flow.
🧩 Розміщувати інтерактивні об’єкти, ворогів, бонуси, пастки, декорації та POI.
🔁 Швидко ітерувати рівні на основі фідбеку, аналітики та плейтестів.
🤝 Співпрацювати з гейм-дизайнерами, розробниками, 3D-художниками, аніматорами та іншими спеціалістами.
🖼️ Допомагати формувати візуальний настрій, композицію та читабельність рівнів.

Наш ідеальний кандидат:

✔ 2+ роки досвіду роботи 3D Level Designer / Game Designer у мобільних іграх.
✔ Досвід створення 3D-рівнів для мобільних ігор.

✔ Досвід з Unity та GIT
✔ Досвід роботи з іграми, які були випущені в App Store / Google Play.
✔ Вміння будувати рівні з урахуванням камери, управління та обмежень мобільних пристроїв.
✔ Аналітичне мислення, організованість та уважність до деталей.
 

Буде перевагою:
⭐ Досвід створення рівнів для runner, driving, idle arcade, action або physics-based ігор.
⭐ Розуміння базового blocking / greyboxing / whiteboxing процесу.

Ми шукаємо Unreal Engine Developer, який допоможе нам створювати та вдосконалювати сучасні системи тренувань і симуляції для БПЛА. Ви станете частиною команди інженерів, що безпосередньо впливає на посилення обороноздатності України.

Основні обов’язки:

• розробка та підтримка функціональності в Unreal Engine з використанням C++;
• проєктування та реалізація модульних систем на основі Actors та Actor Components;
• розробка та підтримка component-based архітектури;
• участь у проєктуванні технічних рішень та архітектури проєкту;
• підтримка якості коду, рефакторинг та оптимізація існуючих систем;
• використання Blueprints за необхідності для інтеграції або швидкої ітерації функціональності;
• взаємодія з іншими членами команди для інтеграції нових функцій.

Для нас важливо:

• 8+ років комерційного досвіду програмування;
• 7+ роки досвіду розробки на C++ з використанням Unreal Engine;
• глибоке розуміння архітектури Unreal Engine (Actors, Actor Components, Game Framework);
• практичний досвід розробки систем на основі component-based архітектури;
• досвід роботи з великою або довгоживучою C++ кодовою базою;
• впевнене володіння ООП та принципами підтримуваного коду;
• здатність писати читабельний, підтримуваний та масштабований код.

Буде перевагою:

• досвід реалізації UI / UX flow в Unreal Engine;
• досвід підтримки та розвитку існуючих систем.

• Strong proficiency in C#
• Understanding of OOP principles and commonly used development approaches

What you’ll be working on

• Develop new and existing features, work on optimization for the best performance, and improve all areas of our product;
• Design reusable components and innovative approaches to support and elevate the work of fellow developers.
• Contribute to “Backlog grooming and estimations” to help the team effectively plan the work.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to best practices.

About you

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Unity Developer.
• Deep expertise in Unity and the C# programming language.

• Proven experience developing client-server mobile applications.
• Experience with third-party plugins and API integration

Playable Ads are interactive mini-games that are used to engage and attract new users to download and play our games.

As a Game designer you will be in charge of the Game design and polishing the game mechanics and game-flows of our playable ads as well as testing and gaining insights based on how the playable performed.
 

Responsibilities

• Design levels for top performing playable ads for leading games, to excite, engage, and bring new players to download our games.
• Research and develop innovative game mechanics for playable ads.
• Work closely with game developers and provide constructive feedback on playable ad mechanics and experience
• Analyze performance data to optimize game mechanics and conversions.
• Collaborate with the game design team with improving our content pipeline and processes. 
• Stay current on mobile game advertising trends and best practices.
• Support and collaborate with the team from a level design perspective (Production, QA, Art, Game Design, etc).

Requirements

• Product management role experience in the casual gaming space, or 2+ years of experience designing levels and game mechanics for casual mobile games.
• Strong passion for gaming, particularly with regards to casual mobile games. 
• Positive and creative mind with a passion for the level design craft (showcased with a relevant work portfolio). 
• Solid grasp of game design methodologies and up-to-date knowledge of the casual audience, casual game markets and player motivations. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate feedback and design ideas. 
• Strong self-driven work ethic and ability to work effectively in an agile team environment. 
• Ability to incorporate feedback from your team into your work and use it to learn and grow in your role.
