About the Role

We are looking for someone to take full ownership of the email channel. This is not simply about sending campaigns — you will own email as a business asset, including domain and IP reputation, deliverability, infrastructure, and volume scaling.

You will be the ultimate owner of everything related to email performance. If emails are not reaching users, Open Rate drops, or a domain gets blocklisted, identifying and resolving the issue will be your responsibility.

Our current setup is Smartico (CRM/orchestration) + Mailgun (sending infrastructure). We are preparing for significant growth in sending volumes, so we need someone who knows how to scale safely through proper warm-up strategies, segmentation, and database hygiene rather than simply increasing sending volumes and hoping for the best.

Responsibilities

Reputation & Deliverability — Core Responsibility

Own domain and IP reputation, including monitoring, diagnostics, and recovery;
Warm up domains and IP addresses when launching new senders or recovering from reputation issues;
Rotate IP addresses and manage IP pools in Mailgun;
Monitor blocklists, submit delisting requests, and identify and eliminate root causes;
Maintain target metrics: deliverability >95%, bounce rate <5%, spam rate <0.3%.

Database Hygiene & Traffic Management

Validate and clean databases using ZeroBounce or similar tools and establish policies for legacy segments;
Manage per-player and overall sending caps;
Prioritize traffic toward active and loyal customer segments when capacity is limited.

Monitoring & Incident Management

Monitor key metrics daily using Google Postmaster, Mailgun Optimize, MXToolBox, Smartico Data Studio, and automated Slack reports;
Handle incidents such as Open Rate drops, blocklisting, and large-scale delivery failures. Initial response is expected within one hour, followed by an emergency action plan within several hours and a post-mortem;
Keep the CRM Lead and relevant teams informed about channel health and major incidents.

Development & Operations

Evaluate and onboard additional email providers when diversification is required;
Advise CVM and Product teams on email campaign configuration;
Manage the channel budget and reconcile provider invoices;
Manage Trustpilot-related processes from the CVM side as part of the brand reputation framework;
Provide regular reports to management on channel health and performance trends.
 

Requirements
Proven experience managing email deliverability at scale, starting from hundreds of thousands of emails per day, with specific examples of initial metrics, actions taken, and measurable results;
Deep understanding of email authentication and infrastructure, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP/domain reputation, and Gmail spam-filtering mechanisms;
Hands-on experience warming up domains and IP addresses both from scratch and after incidents;
Strong experience with ESP platforms — Mailgun is a major advantage — and postmaster tools;
Practical experience recovering domains or IPs after blocklisting;
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify root causes rather than simply treating symptoms;
English sufficient for professional communication with providers and blocklist operators.
 

Nice to Have
Experience in iGaming/gambling environments with strict deliverability requirements;
Experience with Smartico or similar CRM platforms such as Optimove or Fast Track;
Experience significantly scaling email sending volumes, including reactivation of legacy databases;
Understanding of the specifics of the Indian market.
 

Expected Results

Within the first three months, the email channel should be fully under control: key metrics should remain within target ranges, monitoring and alerts should operate without constant manual supervision, and there should be a clear plan for scaling sending volumes while protecting sender reputation.

Performance will be evaluated based on channel metrics and measurable results, rather than the number of activities performed..

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to own the company’s financial control cycle end to end: from month-end close and reporting through to the procedures and controls behind them.

You will lead a growing accounting team across the Estonian parent and the Ukrainian subsidiary, and you should expect to work hands-on with source documents, statutory filings and reconciliations alongside the strategic work until processes are institutionalised.

This is not a role for someone who maintains existing spreadsheets and waits for instructions. You will report directly to the CFO and be expected to see the whole picture: spot what is inefficient, propose the fix, and implement it — including through AI-driven and software automation.

Reporting and close

• Own financial reporting and drive the month-end and year-end close processes
• Establish a documented close calendar with named owners, cut-off rules and reconciliation checkpoints — and hold the group to it

Accounting policy under external scrutiny

• Own the accounting policies that carry the most weight in a fundraising review — revenue recognition on defence contracts (IFRS 15), R&D capitalisation (IAS 38) and grant accounting (IAS 20), IFRS 2 — and be able to defend them to auditors and investor-side reviewers
• Oversee statutory and tax compliance in both jurisdictions, working with our external accounting providers and ensuring project-level grant reporting reconciles to the ledger

Controls, process and automation

• Develop financial policies, procedures and controls from the ground up — the reporting discipline that lets leadership rely on the numbers without re-deriving them
• Play a key role in ERP setup and use it as a lever to streamline and automate business processes across the company
• Continuously build, optimise and automate reporting, procedures and financial control tools — including with AI tools (Claude or similar) alongside the ERP and related software.

Planning and analysis

Supply the reporting base and contribute to budgeting and financial modelling — actuals, cost structure, project-level data — and support ad-hoc requests from leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years in financial controlling or financial reporting, built on a strong professional foundation — either Big 4 / Big 10 practice experience followed by hands-on industry work, or equivalent depth gained in-house, preferably at international or large Ukrainian companies
• Practical experience preparing a company for IFRS adoption and external audit
• Hands-on experience with cross-border group structures and non-resident entities: intercompany services, transfer pricing documentation, currency control, cross-border payroll
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian accounting standards (NAS). IFRS at the level of a confident practitioner who can write and defend a policy, not only apply one
• ACCA qualified or in progress
• Strong proficiency in English and Ukrainian
• Confidence to lead and coach a team, and to hold your ground with auditors and advisers
• Hands-on ERP experience, ideally through an implementation, setup or migration

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for process automation in accounting and controlling
• Experience in a company that went through a venture funding round or a liquidity event

The role involves working with a wide range of industries, including digital industries, iGaming, and crypto, requiring strong analytical thinking.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in KYB / Business Verification / CDD/ Acquiring
• Experience in fintech, EMI, PSP, banking, or similar 
• Strong understanding of:
  • Corporate structures (UBOs, shareholders, directors)
  • Risk-based approach (not checklist-based verification)
  • AML / CTF fundamentals
• Experience working with screening tools (e.g. SumSub, ComplyAdvantage or similar)
• Ability to analyze websites and identify inconsistencies or red flags
• Experience working with high-risk industries is a strong advantage
