• Координація аудитів фінансової звітності: відповідати за аудити компаній групи: підготовка фінансової звітності, комунікація з аудиторами, вирішення питань які виникають в ході аудиту.
• Підготовка фінансових звітів: на регулярній основі готувати standalone та консолідовану фінансову звітність. Комунікувати з основними стейкхолдерами: казначейство, зовнішні бухгалтери.
• Координація зовнішніх провайдерів: організовувати та координувати роботу зовнішніх бухгалтерів в різних юрисдикціях
• Забезпечення податкового комплаєнсу: 

1. Податкова звітність: співпрацювати з зовнішніми бухгалтерами та податковими консультантами, у процесі підготовки та подання декларацій з податку на прибуток 
2. Підготовка прогнозів по податковому навантаженню: збір інформації у стейкхолдерів, підготовка планового P&L та комунікація з зовнішніми консультантами для дотримання податкового комплаєнсу
3. Контроль за дотриманням цільових ETR показників

• Розробка та впровадження нових процесів: аналіз поточних процесів через призму бізнес викликів, підготовка варіантів покращення наявної системи, імплементація змін та збір фідбеку 
• Структурування операцій: приймати участь у проектах щодо структурування внутрішніх та зовнішніх операцій
• Лідерство у проєктах: керувати іншими проєктами, пов'язаними з комплаєнсом, за потребою, залежно від пріоритетів бізнесу

• Мінімум 3 роки досвіду у провідних міжнародних аудиторських компаніях (Big-4/Tier-2) або у фінансових відділах міжнародних компаній
