2. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Management

• Build and maintain advanced fraud detection rules in anti-fraud systems.
• Manage chargeback alerts (Ethoca, Verifi, etc.) and representation flows with precision.
• Oversee fraud trend analysis and risk scoring logic to proactively minimize exposure.
• Collaborate with Data and BI teams to enhance automated alerting, scoring models, and dashboards.

3. Mastercard & Visa Compliance

• Ensure full adherence to Mastercard and Visa Compliance policies.
• Track and report on Fraud-to-Sales and Chargeback-to-Sales ratios to prevent merchant monitoring program violations.
• Prepare and submit remediation plans if thresholds are exceeded and manage communications with acquirers or card scheme representatives.

5. Leadership & Team Development

• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of risk and chargeback analysts.

Шукаємо уважного та системного спеціаліста для роботи з фінансовими даними: звірка рахунків, пошук розбіжностей між банківськими виписками та внутрішньою системою, контроль коректності операцій. 

Основні завдання: 

• Звірка банківських виписок і транзакційних вивантажень із даними системи. 
• Робота з виписками різних форматів. 
• Пошук розбіжностей (суми, дати, статуси, валюти тощо). 
• Аналіз причин розбіжностей. 
• Створення операційних завдань / тікетів для усунення помилок. 
• Контроль закриття розбіжностей. 
• Ведення звітності щодо виявлених помилок. 
• Участь в удосконаленні процесів звірки та контролю даних.

Вимоги: 

• Впевнене володіння Excel / Google Sheets. 
• Уважність до деталей, посидючість. 
• Логічне мислення. 
• Уміння працювати з великими обсягами даних. 
• Відповідальність за коректність результатів.

Зараз ми у пошуку Reporting Analyst - ключового спеціаліста, який відповідатиме за підготовку управлінської звітності, фінансового контролінгу та аналітики в секції Overheads.
 

Виклики, які чекають на цій ролі:

— Формування управлінської звітності по секції Overheads;

— Оптимізація процесів та розробка інструментів фінансового контролю для підвищення ефективності та швидкості;

— Автоматизація процесів за допомогою ERP системи, а також впровадження та ведення аналітичних дашбордів;

— Комунікація з внутрішніми відділами (казначейство, репортинг, податки, адміністративна команда) для забезпечення належного рівня інфраструктури, необхідної для безперебійного зростання бізнесу портфельних компаній;
 

Що для нас важливо:

— Досвід 3-4 роки (досвід роботи у Big-4 або міжнародних аудиторських та FMCG компаніях буде плюсом);

— Знання бух.обліку та сильні аналітичні навички;

— Високий рівень володіння Excel;

— Високий рівень мотивації та бажання розвитку;

— Високий рівень комунікаційних навичок;

— Відповідальність та уважність до деталей.

Ви наш ідеальний кандидат, якщо:

• Маєте досвід роботи на посаді фінансового аналітика від 3 років;
• Впевнено працює з SQL, OLAP, Power BI, GA4, Excel / Google Sheets;
• Вміє будувати звітність з нуля та працювати з великими обсягами даних;
• можете аналітично мислить, вмієте формулювати висновки й пропозиції;
• Маєте англійську мову на рівні B2 або вище.

Основні обов’язки:

• Створення звітності на запит керівництва;
• Пошук інсайтів, написання висновків та внесення пропозицій щодо покращення роботи відділів;
• Аналіз поточних процесів у компанії;
• Аналітична підтримка підрозділів холдингу;
• Презентація та захист результатів аналітики;
• Постановка технічних завдань IT-фахівцям.
