About the Role 

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our international group of companies. This is a key role that combines strategic financial management with hands-on operational control. The Finance Manager will be responsible for banking relationships, tax compliance, client billing, payroll, budgeting, and reporting. The role involves close cooperation with the CEO and coordination with finance teams across multiple countries. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Banking & International Operations 

• Manage relationships with 10+ international banks; 
• Oversee FX operations, liquidity, and intercompany transfers. 

Client Billing & Revenue Assurance 

• Supervise invoicing for 50+ clients and EOR projects. 
• Handle payment delays, conduct billing audits, and act as an escalation point. 
• Act as an escalation point for billing concerns and lead client audit processes. 

Payroll & Payments 

• Manage monthly payments for 550–600 employees and contractors. 
• Ensure accurate and timely salary distribution. 

Tax & Compliance 

• Oversee tax filings and statutory payments across jurisdictions. 

• Coordinate transfer pricing reporting with external consultants.

   

Financial Planning & Reporting 

• Lead budgeting process and year-over-year analysis. 

• Deliver regular financial reports, P&L statements, and forecasts to the CEO. 

   

Team Leadership & Process Improvement 

• Manage and support the finance team in Ukraine 
• Optimize workflows and implement new financial tools (e.g., Zoho) 
• Resolve cross-departmental financial concerns and support client-facing operations. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management. 
• Previous experience in international or group-level finance roles is a strong advantage. 
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, would be a plus Poland, Israel, UK, UAE 
• Hands-on experience in FX, cash flow management, payroll, and client billing. 
• Leadership skills with proven experience managing a team. 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
• Confident English. 
• Proficiency in financial systems. 
• Deep understanding of best financial practices with a proven ability to design, implement, and scale efficient finance processes across multiple jurisdictions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payment Officer to join our Gaming team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer withdrawals, monitoring payment transactions, identifying suspicious activity, and ensuring smooth payment operations in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Payments, Gaming, Fintech, or related industries
- Basic understanding of payment systems, payment providers, and transaction flows

About the Role:

We are looking for an Finance Manager who will become the CFO's right hand and gradually take ownership of the majority of the CFO's functions. This is a business-oriented finance role — you will be a real partner to other departments and a key voice in business decisions, not just a reporting function.

Your qualities and skills that will be valued:

• 4+ years of overall experience in finance.
• Experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or as a Finance Business Partner.
• Solid experience in management reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience building and working with financial models.
• English at Intermediate level or higher, sufficient for regular verbal communication with teams in Brazil and Poland.
• Strong business orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with different departments.

Що потрібно робити

• Вести та контролювати управлінський фінансовий облік компанії (до 20 співробітників).
• Аудит та ризики: проведення аудиту поточної системи управлінського й фінансового обліку для виявлення слабких місць

Кого ми шукаємо
Шукаємо фінансового асистента, який візьме на себе операційну рутину фінансового відділу: рознесення даних, обробку первинки, зведення рахунків і супровід платежів. Ваша роль — звільнити фінансового менеджера від «ручної» роботи та поступово перевести частину задач із зовнішньої бухгалтерії в компанію.

Це роль для того, хто любить лад у цифрах, акуратний у деталях, тримає дедлайни й хоче вирости у фінансах під наставництвом сильного фінансового менеджера.

Навіщо ця роль (ваш результат)

 • Первинні дані (банк, первинка, операції) щодня внесені в систему в строк і без помилок.
 • Усі рахунки й залишки по юр. особах зведені та збігаються.
 • Рахунки клієнтам виставлені вчасно, дебіторка під наглядом, прострочення ескальовані.
 • Платіжний календар актуальний, платежі проведені після погодження та в межах бюджету.
 • Частина рутинних робіт забрана в офіс — обсяг замовлення в аутсорс-бухгалтерії зменшується.
 • Дані для менеджера й бухгалтерії підготовлені так, що звітність і звірки не гальмують.

Що ви робитимете

Первинні дані та облік

 • Обробляти банківські виписки: рознесення надходжень і списань (приход/розхід) по юр. особах.
 • Вносити господарські операції в Odoo та підтримувати дані в актуальному стані.
 • Зводити рахунки й залишки, звіряти суми, знаходити й підсвічувати розбіжності.

Первинна документація

 • Збирати, оформлювати та реєструвати первинку (рахунки, акти, накладні).
 • Звіряти первинку з оплатами та договорами, дособирати відсутні документи.
 • Готувати й передавати комплекти документів у бухгалтерію.

Дебіторська та кредиторська заборгованість

 • Виставляти рахунки клієнтам і контролювати надходження оплат.
 • Вести реєстр дебіторки, нагадувати про оплати, ескалувати прострочення менеджеру.
 • Звіряти взаєморозрахунки з клієнтами та постачальниками.

Платежі

 • Вести платіжний календар і тримати його актуальним.
 • Готувати платежі до підпису та проводити оплати після погодження.
 • Перевіряти витрати на відповідність бюджету й лімітам, підсвічувати перевищення.
 • Формувати відомості та проводити виплату ЗП за наданими даними.

Звітність (підтримка)

 • Збирати й структурувати дані, заповнювати звітні форми за шаблонами менеджера.
 • Готувати вивантаження й реєстри для управлінської звітності та звірок.

Взаємодія з бухгалтерією (аутсорс)

 • Передавати первинку та готувати дані для податкової звітності.
 • Проводити регулярні звірки з зовнішнім бухгалтером.
 • Поступово забирати частину рутинних операцій «в офіс», зменшуючи обсяг аутсорсу.

Що для нас важливо

Обов’язково:

 • Від 1 року досвіду на позиції фінансового/бухгалтерського асистента, помічника бухгалтера, оператора обліку або в первинці.
 • Висока уважність до деталей і акуратність у роботі з цифрами й документами.
