What you’ll do

COMPANY

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control framework. This is a managerial role, and you will oversee a team of eight, guiding them to deliver accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure adherence to GAAP and company policies. You will work directly with the Director of Finance and play a key part in supporting decision-making and profitability across a multi-entity, service-oriented business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Close & Reporting

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, and financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Own P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis, and management reporting.

Accounting Operations

• Oversee AP/AR, billing accuracy, vendor management, and collections.
• Improve DSO, working capital, and operational cash management.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, cash forecasting, and bank relationships.

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
• Ensure audit readiness; coordinate external audits and reviews.
• Oversee tax compliance (sales/use, payroll, property, income tax) with external advisors.

Payroll, Revenue, and Asset Accounting

• Oversee payroll-related accounting, benefit reconciliations, and classifications.
• Lead revenue recognition compliance (e.g., ASC 606), including contract review, performance obligation assessment, and variable consideration methodology where applicable.
• Manage fixed assets and capitalization policies, lease accounting, and depreciation schedules.

Systems, Processes & Automation

• Optimize close, AP/AR, billing, and expense workflows; drive automation.
• Collaborate with IT/Finance on ERP configuration and system integrations.

Strategic Finance Support

• Provide budget vs actual analysis and support FP&A with planning and forecasting.
• Advise leadership on accounting impacts of operational and strategic decisions.
• Support M&A diligence and integration efforts, purchase accounting, and policy alignment.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the accounting team; ensure high-quality execution and clear priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a Controller or supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and audit standards.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-state operations, consolidations, and intercompany eliminations.
• Background in services, SaaS, or subscription/recurring revenue models.

We're looking to fill a new role of Loan Processor Assistant for UnrealFi. This will be a full-time position. The schedule is somewhat flexible, but most of the tasks will be received in the US timezone (CST)

The responsibilities for this role are:

1. Receiving tasks from Loan Processors throughout the loan

Про компанію

Ми працюємо у сфері affiliate marketing / high-risk вертикалей та шукаємо досвідченого фінансиста для супроводу фінансових процесів декількох команд.

Обов’язки

• Ведення та контроль депозитів.
• Щоденний облік витрат команд (спендів).
• Проведення оплат дрібних витрат.
• Формування фінансової звітності.
• Щотижнева підготовка повного звіту щодо витрат кожної команди.
• Контроль та звірка витрат по баєрах.
• Комунікація з агентами та партнерами щодо фінансових питань.
• Виявлення та вирішення розбіжностей у звітності.
• Ведення внутрішньої фінансової документації.

Важливо

• Щопонеділка формується повний звіт по кожному баєру за попередній тиждень із деталізацією всіх витрат.
• У роботі буде близько 5 команд (у середньому по 10 осіб у кожній).
• Частину щоденних спендів можуть вносити самі баєри, але фінансист контролює коректність обліку та звітності.

Місія ролі: Забезпечувати бізнес чіткими фінансовими орієнтирами через якісну аналітику, контроль управлінського обліку та оптимізацію собівартості, допомагаючи менеджменту приймати ефективні стратегічні рішення.

Основні задачі:

• Підготовка та глибокий аналіз пакету управлінської звітності (CF, PnL, BS).
• Контроль управлінських операцій в базі на відповідність затвердженій обліковій політиці.
• Оцінка, моніторинг та контроль ключових фінансових показників (KPI).
• Розрахунок, детальний аналіз та пошук шляхів оптимізації калькуляції собівартості продукції.

• Розробка нових та підтримка існуючих управлінських звітів, дашбордів та презентацій.
