We are looking for a hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer who can deliver ERP improvements end-to-end: understand business processes, run fit-gap analysis, design solutions, and build clean BC extensions/integrations. 
This is a technical and functional role: not only coding but also working closely with Finance/Operations stakeholders to make sure the system supports real workflows with minimal customization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1) ERP Discovery & Business Analysis (BA / Process) 

• Run workshops with business owners (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, etc.) 
• Document current (“as-is”) and target (“to-be”) processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies 
• Perform fit-to-standard analysis and propose best-practice solutions in Business Central 
• Together with BA convert requirements into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria 
• Support UAT: test scenarios, defect triage, and user enablement 

2) Dynamics 365 Business Central Development 

• Develop, maintain and optimize Dynamics D365 Business Central  
• Customize pages, code units, reports, approvals, document layouts, and posting logic where required 
• Use event-driven patterns (publishers/subscribers) and follow best practices to keep solutions upgrade-friendly 
• Build and maintain BC APIs and integration endpoints (REST/OData/web services where applicable) 
• Stable error handling and logging 

3) Integrations, Data & Automation 

• Integrate BC with other systems (banking, WMS, EDI, BI, internal apps) 
• Design reliable data flows: mapping, validation, retries, idempotency, monitoring/alerts 
• Handle data import/migration tasks (configuration packages, data templates, reconciliation support) 
• Collaborate with middleware/iPaaS or Azure services (e.g Logic Apps/Functions/Service Bus) 

4) Delivery & Operational Excellence 

• Participate in planning, estimation, and iterative delivery 
• Maintain documentation (solution design, configs, runbooks) 
• Provide 2nd/3rd-line support for production issues with structured root cause analysis 

Required Skills & Experience (Must‑Have) 

• 3–5 years experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV with recent BC projects) 
• Strong AL development: extensions, events/subscribers, pages/codeunits, permissions, debugging 
• Solid ERP understanding, ideally including Finance fundamentals (GL/AP/AR, posting, dimensions, approvals) 
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing clear specs/user stories 
• Working knowledge of integrations (REST/OData APIs, data mapping, authentication concepts, error handling) 
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical teams, and explain trade-offs clearly

Role Summary

We are seeking a practical and capable Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics 365 Developer to support, extend, and improve the Microsoft business applications stack. This is a hands-on role suited to a middle-level engineer who understands Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 CRM concepts, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Business Central extensions, including tables, pages, reports, fields, and standard extension patterns. They will also support CRM configuration changes, data migration activities, business process automations, Power BI reporting needs, and integrations between Microsoft tools and third-party systems.

The team works on complex enterprise-level e-commerce platforms, helping brands modernize legacy systems and migrate to scalable Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystems using composable and headless approaches.

This role is ideal for a senior technical leader who enjoys solving complex architecture challenges, leading migration initiatives, and driving engineering quality across large-scale commerce projects.

Key  Responsibilities:
 

Lead frontend and full-stack development across Salesforce Commerce Cloud engagements.
Design scalable storefront architectures using PWA Kit, Composable Storefront, headless, and hybrid approaches Own technical decisions related to performance, accessibility, maintainability, and frontend architecture.
Develop and optimize integrations using SCAPI, OCAPI, and third-party commerce services.
Lead implementation of core e-commerce features including catalog, checkout, search, promotions, bundles, and customer account experiences.
Support migration planning and implementation from legacy commerce platforms into SFCC.
Collaborate closely with clients, delivery teams, product stakeholders, and engineers.
Lead code reviews and establish engineering standards and best practices.
Mentor engineers through technical guidance, reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
Contribute to architecture discussions and evaluate emerging SFCC capabilities and tools.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects
• Strong frontend engineering expertise with React, TypeScript, component architecture, and modern frontend ecosystems
• Experience with PWA Kit / Composable Storefront architectures Solid understanding of SFRA and hybrid SFCC implementations
• Experience designing and implementing integrations via SCAPI and OCAPI Strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals including catalog, checkout, promotions, search, and order lifecycle
• Experience with migration projects from platforms such as Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom commerce solutions
• Experience working with integration-heavy commerce environments Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders and clients
• Ability to drive technical leadership through engineering excellence and sound decision-making
