Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex Salesforce environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce environments (sandboxes, production) and release management processes
• Experience working with Git branches and CI/CD pipelines (SFDX-based deployments preferred)
• Solid knowledge of metadata deployment and change management best practices
• Hands-on experience with custom fields, validation rules, and impact analysis

Responsibilities:
• Safely manage and deploy changes from development environments to production using sandbox strategy, Git branching, and CI/CD pipelines
• Perform impact analysis before implementing changes to core objects and ensure minimal disruption to business processes
• Configure and maintain custom fields, validation rules, and automation according to business requirements
• Evaluate and choose appropriate automation tools (Flow vs existing automation vs Apex) in collaboration with developers
• Ensure proper testing, documentation, and rollback strategies for all changes
• Troubleshoot access and feature visibility issues by analyzing profiles, permission sets, and configuration settings
• Maintain system stability, data integrity, and security standards
• Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to continuously improve Salesforce processes and governance

Job Description:
We are looking for a Power Apps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and will be responsible for developing, automating, and supporting business solutions using low-code technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps, including Canvas Apps, based on business requirements;
• Build and optimize business process automation using Power Automate;
• Develop solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem;

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across business and technical domains.

Technologies & Tools: Enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce ecosystem), CPQ solutions, Jira, Confluence, third-party integrations, data mapping techniques, UAT processes, and enterprise integration methodologies.

Additional Context

Contributed to a high-impact transformation initiative within the fintech domain, focused on improving operational efficiency, scalability, and platform consistency. Involved in efforts related to system modernization, process optimization, and tooling strategy.

Key Skills and Experience

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst or CRM Consultant in fintech or enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem and CPQ solutions.
• Proficiency in requirements management, stakeholder communication, and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with third-party integrations and complex system landscapes.
