About your role: In this role, you will directly influence product growth and monetization by improving Recommendation Systems for gifts and coins. You’ll work end-to-end on ML solutions — from defining the Data Science roadmap and running experiments to deploying production-ready models — while collaborating closely with Product Managers, Analysts, and Engineers. In this role, you will

We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer with a solid foundation in classical computer vision and hands-on experience implementing low-level CV algorithms. The ideal candidate will have exposure to SLAM, Visual-Inertial Odometry (VIO), and sensor fusion, with responsibilities adjusted according to experience level.

Responsibilities: 

• Implement and optimize low-level computer vision algorithms under guidance

Зараз ми шукаємо Senior/Lead Data Scientist в напрямок Marketing Analytics.
 

Ти будуватимеш прогнозні моделі, що безпосередньо впливають на рішення про маркетингові інвестиції, монетизацію та розвиток маркетплейсу. Маркетинг — це двигун нашого бізнесу, а точність прогнозів — ядро того, як ми приймаємо рішення на мільйони доларів. Твій вплив буде прямим: від якості моделей залежатиме, скільки ми заробляємо і від яких ризиків захищені.

У команді ти матимеш можливість попрацювати з маркетинговими аналітиками, Data Engineers та Data Analysts, а також з продуктовими менеджерами і стейкхолдерами з маркетингу, пейментів і продукту — залежно від задачі.

• Існуючі прогнозні моделі вже приносять результат — і є простір зробити їх ще точнішими та архітектурно сильнішими
• Перед тобою кілька складних задач одночасно: від fraud-detection до матчингу користувачів і експертів — і кожна з них має прямий бізнес-вплив

Твій вплив:

• У вдосконаленні прогнозних моделей, від яких залежить точність маркетингових рішень

Що для нас важливо?

• Ти маєш 4+ роки досвіду в Data Science / ML з фокусом на прогнозні моделі та реальний бізнес-імпакт
• Впевнено працюєш з Python, SQL, Time Series Forecasting, Gradient Boosting моделями, Feature Engineering
• Знаєш MLOps на практиці: AirFlow, Docker, CI/CD, Real-time scoring, Anomaly detection
• Ти не чекаєш ідеальних умов — ти розбираєшся, декомпозуєш задачу і рухаєшся, навіть коли даних бракує або архітектура не ідеальна
• Вмієш вести складні проєкти зі стейкхолдерами з різних доменів, ставити правильні запитання і не загубити результат між командами
• Ти береш задачу від формулювання до продакшену — і відповідаєш за результат, а не лише за модель

Чим ти будеш займатись 
працювати з комерційною аналітикою та ключовими бізнес-метриками;

Досвід: 2–4+ роки досвіду на позиції Data Analyst / BI Analyst; досвід у рітейлі або e-commerce буде плюсом, але не є обов’язковим.
Технічні навички: впевнений SQL (робота з запитами середньої та високої складності); досвід Power BI (дашборди, базове DAX, робота з моделями даних); Power Query / M або досвід побудови простих ETL-процесів; впевнений Excel як інструмент швидкої аналітики. 
Бізнес-розуміння: розуміння ключових комерційних метрик: продажі, маржа, оборотність, сезонність; цікавість до того, як дані впливають на бізнес-рішення.
 Soft skills: аналітичне мислення і увага до деталей; проактивність (не просто виконувати запит, а ставити питання); вміння пояснювати складні речі простою мовою.
