We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design and maintain robust data infrastructure across our systems. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and integrating third-party data sources. Your primary focus will be to enable efficient data flow and support analytical capabilities across the organization. You will also contribute to the development of our data architecture, implement best engineering practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn raw data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Data Engineering
• Experience gathering business requirements and communicating with stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse (DWH) architecture and principles
• Hands-on experience designing data warehouses and building ETL pipelines
• Deep practical experience with Python
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: data processing using PySpark, Apache Spark, Pandas, or similar frameworks; data scraping; integration of third-party data sources and APIs
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Hands-on experience with column-oriented databases such ClickHouse, Snowflake, Cassandra, BigQuery (many tables with millions of records and above each)
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
• Intermediate English proficiency

• Experience with messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Familiarity with DataOps practices and data pipeline automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes environments
• Background in FinTech or Trading domains

About the role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Payments Platform team, you'll build scalable, high-performance frontend infrastructure and user experiences that power payment flows for global merchants. You'll work closely with product, design, backend, and customer-facing teams to ship reliable, elegant, developer-friendly solutions used across multiple products and integrations. The role combines strong product thinking with engineering excellence — from building reusable UI systems and SDKs to optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability across our platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, performant, maintainable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
• Build reusable UI components, shared libraries, and SDKs that support multiple products and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Customer-facing teams.
• Own features end-to-end — technical planning, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices and browsers.
• Code reviews, testing, documentation, and observability.
• Publish and manage SDK and NPM package versions, including backward compatibility and release management.

• Improve development workflows, tooling, and engineering best practices across the frontend ecosystem.

   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building modern web applications.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience designing and maintaining reusable frontend architectures, component libraries, or SDKs.
• Experience managing NPM packages, versioning, and release processes.
• Experience building and maintaining frontend integrations with global payment platforms (Adyen, Stripe, Nuvei) — hosted components, wallets, alternative payment methods.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and modern browser behavior.
• Experience working with APIs and complex asynchronous flows.

• Excellent written and verbal English.

   

Nice to have / Advantage

• Familiarity with Next.js (SSR / App Router).
• Familiarity with additional frontend frameworks (Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Experience with cloud environments and CDN infrastructure (AWS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL/Apache Spark (AWS Glue) and Airflow.
• Model and optimize data in Amazon Redshift and query large datasets via Amazon Athena.
• Write advanced SQL to transform raw data into clean, joinable, analysis-ready tables.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and data sources, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usability for business stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders (marketing, product, BI) to translate business questions into robust data models.

• Improve pipeline reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency on AWS, including evaluating and adopting dbt for transformations.

   

Requirements

• Advanced SQL proficiency — query optimization, window functions, complex joins, performance tuning on large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with the AWS data ecosystem — Redshift/Athena (Spark/Glue will be a plus).
• Python scripting for data processing/automation.
• Experience with Apache Airflow for pipeline orchestration.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards/data sources in Tableau.
• Ability to communicate data logic and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts — dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, slowly changing dimensions.

Our partner is looking for a Senior Backend Developer who thrives in a deeply hands-on environment and enjoys being close to the code on a daily basis. This role is heavily focused on building, optimising, and scaling backend services in a high-load system where performance and reliability are critical.

We’re looking for a Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Tribe – a lean and senior team where
ownership is high and expectations are even higher. This is a deeply hands-on role at the core of a high-traffic
system, where you’ll be directly responsible for maintaining reliability, performance, and stability in a fast-paced
environment.

You’ll be working on real-time production challenges, handling incidents, managing alerts, and being part of a
critical on-call rotation. This role requires resilience, strong decision-making under pressure, and a proactive
mindset to continuously improve systems operating at scale.

Main Responsibilities

– Own system reliability by actively monitoring platform health, managing alerts, and responding to incidents in real
time
– Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, taking full ownership of production stability in a high-traffic (5-7k RPS)
environment
– Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes to prevent recurrence
– Build and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and observability across the Kubernetes (EKS) ecosystem
– Deploy, manage, and optimise infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps tools (Flux/ArgoCD)
– Drive automation and proactively improve system resilience, reducing manual intervention and recurring issues
– Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices
– Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support deployments and minimise user impact in a live
environment
– Introduce and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance
– Handle environment-specific requests and ensure smooth day-to-day platform operations under constant load

Mandatory Requirements

– Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting) in high-load environments
– Experience with GitOps tools such as FluxCD or ArgoCD
– Proven experience in incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems in production systems
– Solid experience with AWS, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
– Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and logging stacks
like ELK or CloudWatch
– Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
– Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g. Python, Go, Node.js)
– Experience working with version control systems (Git)
– Familiarity with incident management tools like PagerDuty, Opsgenie, or similar
– Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong ownership and accountability
