About the Role

As a Junior Operations Analyst, you’ll dive into Solidgate’s internal processes and help optimize them to ensure our clients get the best payment solution on the market.

This role gives you hands-on experience at the intersection of operations, analytics, and product — working side by side with our technical and business teams to make payments seamless for businesses worldwide.

What you’ll own

— Conducting technical onboarding of new clients into the Solidgate system
— Supporting processes related to Solidgate’s payment services

       We are looking for a data-driven and creative Retention CRM Manager to take ownership of player lifecycle management and CRM communications. You will develop retention strategies, design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app), and drive personalization and automation that maximize player LTV, reduce churn, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies tailored for online casino players
• Segment player base by key parameters (LTV, deposit frequency, activity, geo, etc.)

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst who will build the analytics function from zero, owning everything from event taxonomy and tracking plan to the warehouse architecture and the Tableau dashboards the product team checks every morning. You will be a true partner to the product team: co-author of product decisions, not a ticket-executor. You will shape hypotheses, run experiments, find the Aha Moments for different user segments, and ensure that every roadmap decision is grounded in data.

• 5+ years as a product / data analyst, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS
• Expert-level Amplitude, including hands-on implementation from scratch (event taxonomy, tracking plan, QA), not just using a pre-configured instance
• Expert-level Tableau, complex dashboards, LOD expressions, performance optimization, dashboard design for non-technical stakeholders
• Expert SQL, complex queries, window functions, data modeling for analytics use cases
• Proven experience building product analytics from zero: tracking plan, event taxonomy, naming conventions, data architecture
