Role Overview

We are looking for an EU Key Account Manager to work closely with our Business Development Manager for the European region and act as the primary operational interface between him, our clients/partners, and Neuroshop’s C‑level team.

This role will own day-to-day relationship management, coordination, and preparation work so that strategic discussions and travel time of senior leadership are used efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with technology and AI tools, and able to translate business discussions into clear tasks, documents, and action plans.

Key Responsibilities

1. Relationship & Account Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for selected EU prospects, clients, and partners, in coordination with the Business Development Manager.
• Maintain an up-to-date overview of each key account: stakeholders, current opportunities, technical status, open issues, and next steps.
• Coordinate regular check-ins, updates, and follow-ups to ensure momentum on each opportunity.
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, and action items, and make sure they are reflected in our CRM and internal tools.

2. Supporting Business Development Activities

• Prepare briefings and account summaries ahead of calls and trips for the Business Development Manager and C‑level team.
• Draft and organize sales decks, one-pagers, proposals, and follow-up emails using materials provided by Product and Marketing.
• Support planning and logistics for business trips: meeting schedules, documentation to bring, objectives per meeting, and post-trip reporting.
• Track partner and prospect requests (documents, demos, contracts) and ensure timely internal responses.

3. Internal Coordination

• Act as the “traffic controller” between Business Development and internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations, Compliance).
• Turn high-level discussions into clear internal tickets or tasks with priorities, deadlines, and owners.
• Monitor the status of deliverables (technical documentation, integration requirements, compliance answers, commercial proposals) and chase blockers proactively.
• Ensure C‑level time is reserved mainly for high-impact meetings and decisions, not operational follow-up.

4. Documentation & Process

• Keep our CRM and internal knowledge base updated with accurate account data, meeting notes, and document versions.
• Maintain a structured repository of sales collateral and standard documents for quick reuse (NDAs, basic proposals, product descriptions, technical overviews).
• Help refine and standardize our pre-sales and onboarding processes for European clients and partners.
• Support the creation of simple playbooks/checklists for recurring scenarios (new prospect intake, partner onboarding, pilot deployment, etc.).

5. Market & Partner Insight

• Collect feedback from partners and clients about product, pricing, compliance concerns, and deployment challenges.
• Synthesize insights for the Product and C‑level teams to inform roadmap, prioritization, and go-to-market strategy in the EU region.
• Monitor relevant market developments in unattended retail, payments, and AI-based retail systems in Europe and share concise updates internally.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years in account management, client success, sales support, or business operations, ideally in B2B tech, retail technology, fintech, or IoT.
• Experience working with European clients or partners and comfort navigating multi-country contexts.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple accounts and requests in parallel.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• High comfort with technology: able to understand at a high level APIs, payment integration concepts, and IoT/edge devices (no coding required, but technical literacy is important).
• Experience using CRM tools and productivity platforms; familiarity with startup environments is preferred.
• Experience with AI tools.
