Client / Account Manager (Fintech, Payment Solutions)

We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Client / Account Manager who will become the first point of contact for clients of our online banking/payment system and take full ownership of the onboarding journey β€” from initial inquiry to account activation.

 

This role is ideal for someone who is responsive, organized, and focused on delivering results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming client requests (account opening, payment solutions)
Consult clients and help them choose the most suitable solutions
Guide clients through the entire onboarding process
Communicate with banks, payment providers, and internal teams
Maintain CRM records and track application statuses
Work with LinkedIn: respond to inquiries and build relationships with potential clients
Convert leads into active clients and ensure successful onboarding

 

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in client-facing roles (account management, sales, onboarding)
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in fintech, banking, or payments is a strong advantage
Self-driven, responsible, and well-organized

 

Languages:

Ukrainian β€” fluent
English β€” Upper-Intermediate or higher
