The Role

In this role, you’ll primarily take ownership of progressing qualified opportunities through the later stages of the sales cycle and driving them to close.

Inbound qualification and outbound pipeline generation are handled separately. During your ramp-up, initial discovery calls and product demos are led by senior leadership, giving you direct exposure to how we position the product, qualify opportunities, and navigate complex buyer conversations. You’ll initially step in after the demo stage with warm, qualified opportunities and own the commercial path to close.

As you build product fluency, you’ll be expected to take over demos independently — owning the full cycle from post-qualification through close.

About The Role
This is a hybrid role across Customer Success, Account Management, onboarding, support, and implementation.

You will help new customers launch successfully, make sure they actively use HESH, collect feedback, manage renewals and payments, and identify opportunities for expansion.

You will work closely with the founders and product team, and you will have a direct impact on retention, MRR, customer happiness, and product direction.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide them through implementation
• Run kickoff calls, training sessions, and regular customer check-ins
• Help customers configure workflows, tasks, roles, users, and production processes
• Act as the main point of contact for existing customers
• Track customer health, adoption, risks, and follow-ups
• Push customers toward active and consistent product usage
• Handle support requests and coordinate issues with the product/engineering team
• Collect product feedback and turn it into clear insights for the team
• Manage renewals, payment follow-ups, and overdue invoices
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
• Build simple processes for customer onboarding, retention, and account management

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Sales, or Project Management
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business customers
• Ability to understand a complex product and explain it clearly
• Comfortable with follow-ups, reminders, payment conversations, and pushing customers to the next step
• Structured and organized: notes, tasks, statuses, CRM updates, follow-ups
• Proactive mindset: you do not wait until the customer complains
• Interest in B2B SaaS, operations, manufacturing, or workflow software

• Fluent English

We’re looking for a hands-on Account & Operations Manager with a strong focus on B2B client management and delivery to own client relationships and projects end-to-end — from intake and onboarding to launch, delivery, ongoing support, and retention.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Own B2B clients and projects end-to-end (from acquisition → onboarding → launch → ongoing support)
• Identify and engage new clients, supporting the business development process
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure ongoing account growth
• Act as the main point of contact: manage communication, follow-ups, and escalations
• Control timelines, SLAs, deliverables, and client expectations
• Align internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

We are looking for a strong leader to build a well-managed AM department from scratch

We are an international company that provides advertising accounts and infrastructure solutions for media buying teams, affiliate marketers, agencies and major performance partners.

We work with Google, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, Native and dozens of other providers. Our mission is to provide our clients with maximum stability, quality and speed.

The Account Management department is currently undergoing a major restructuring: a high volume of leads, an increasing operational workload, new verticals and new challenges. We don’t need a ‘supportive’ manager. We need someone who can build the system.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the AM team (currently 3 managers, with plans for expansion).

Fully establish Account Management processes: from lead handling to the customer lifecycle.

Develop standards for communication, customer service and conflict de-escalation.

Set up SLAs, policies and cross-functional collaboration (AM → Supply → Finance → Client).

Work directly with key and strategic clients (negotiations, retention, upselling/cross-selling).

Implement a reporting system, KPI monitoring and risk management (overspend, billing, top-ups).

Build and manage a strategic pipeline for major clients.

Train, motivate and develop managers, and create an onboarding system.

Work with the CEO and other departments to develop a strategy for scaling the department.

Requirements

Essential:

Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, media buying or B2B SaaS sales.

At least 2 years’ management experience (team leadership).

Strong negotiation skills and experience working with major clients.

Experience working in international markets.

Upper-intermediate English or higher (written and spoken).

In-depth understanding of advertising accounts (MCC, billing, risks, top-ups).

Ability to build processes from scratch and implement control mechanisms.

The following would be a significant advantage:

Experience in the iGaming, Apps, eCommerce, and Fintech sectors.

Experience managing a team of 5 or more people.

Experience in setting up CRM tracking, reporting, and sales pipelines.
