About the Role

We’re looking for a fast and detail-oriented Newsletter Publishing Specialist to join our Newsletter Marketing Team and support content publishing across multiple newsletters and blogs.
 

🎯 Job Description
As a Newsletter Publishing Assistant, you’ll ensure the smooth publishing and formatting of newsletter and blog content.

This is a hands-on role focused on accuracy, coordination, and consistency — ideal for someone with a data entry or administrative background who wants to grow into marketing or content management.

You’ll start by handling publishing and coordination tasks, and gradually take ownership of multiple newsletters as you prove your reliability and marketing instincts.
 

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Publish and format newsletter and blog posts according to templates and style guidelines.
• Double-check links, formatting, and visuals before publication.
• Track publishing progress and maintain organized records in spreadsheets or project tools.
• Coordinate with the Content and Analytics teams to ensure smooth post-scheduling and accuracy.
• Assist with uploading images, links, and metadata (titles, tags, categories).
   

📌 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work fast without errors.
• Comfortable with repetitive posting tasks and checklists.
• Basic understanding of content formatting and publishing tools (Beehiiv, WordPress, etc. — training provided).
• English level: C1
• Experience with spreadsheets or CMS platforms is a plus.
• Curiosity about marketing, newsletters, and digital growth.
