ABOUT THE JOB

HiMASTERS — is looking for Hard-surface artists to create assets for Flying simulators, Train simulators, racing games, third-person mech shooters (PC, mobile), weapons for FPS, TPS games.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create 3d models and textures of planes, vehicles and machinery with high-level of similarity. Ideally using camera/photo matching techniques. Simulator projects require a high-level of similarity. Ideally there should not be a difference between a photo and a model.
• Create hard-surface models using different techniques and pipelines (high-to-low, mid-poly, low-to-high poly)
• Retopologize and transform 3d scans and CAD models to game ready models.
• Ensure consistency and quality of your work and be able to match the project requirements.
• Receive feedback and modify work based on art direction.
• Report work progress. We require 1 screenshot and 1 sentence report regarding the work progress at the end of the day. We use it to keep our clients up to date.
   

REQUIREMENTS

• The main requirement is responsibility.
• Knowledge of modern modeling pipelines
• Functional knowledge of articulation and mechanical aptitude
• Experience with creating PBR materials

About the Role
We are looking for a 3D Environment Artist / World Builder to help create stylized sci-fi locations and game worlds in Unreal Engine 5.
We need someone who can work on the entire environment, from blockout to final scene, rather than only creating individual 3D models.

Responsibilities:

Твої основні завдання:

• консультувати учнів під час проходження курсу з питань роботи в 3ds Max та Corona Renderer;
•  відповідати на технічні запитання щодо уроків, домашніх завдань та роботи в програмі;
• перевіряти роботи та скріншоти учнів, знаходити помилки й пояснювати, як їх виправити;
• допомагати учням розібратися з технічними проблемами в 3ds Max;
• пояснювати складні технічні моменти просто, зрозуміло та доступно;
• працювати відповідно до програми курсу та використовувати наші навчальні матеріали у роботі з учнями;
   

Вимоги:

• дуже добре знання 3ds Max та впевнена практична робота в програмі;
• знання Corona Renderer;
• розуміння матеріалів, текстурування, освітлення та налаштувань рендера;
• хороше розуміння основних технічних проблем у 3ds Max та вміння самостійно знаходити шляхи їх вирішення;
• датність швидко проаналізувати роботу або скріншот учня, визначити помилку та зрозуміло пояснити спосіб її виправлення;
•  грамотне, спокійне та доброзичливе спілкування;
• вміння пояснювати технічну інформацію простими словами;

Що буде вашим фокусом:

• Розробка та оптимізація 3D-моделей і 2D-креслень механічних вузлів та компонентів
• Проєктування виробів з урахуванням вимог до міцності, маси, аеродинаміки, технологічності та собівартості
• Підготовка конструкторської документації відповідно до стандартів (ISO, ДСТУ, GD&T)
• Взаємодія з виробництвом, технологами та суміжними інженерними командами
• Участь у прототипуванні, тестуванні та впровадженні інженерних рішень
• Аналіз та доопрацювання існуючих конструкцій
   

Що важливо для цієї ролі:

• Досвід роботи з виробничими процесами (CNC, лиття, 3D-друк)
• Досвід роботи з металевими та композитними конструкціями
• Досвід роботи з матеріалами: ABS, ABS+, PETG, TPU

Шукаємо 3D-художника, який вміє в Unity.

🔧 Обовʼязки:

• Моделювання простих 3D-об’єктів (декорації, елементи інтерфейсу, середовище)
• Налаштування матеріалів, кольору, освітлення, тіней у Unity
• Робота з анімаціями (імпорт, базове налаштування)
• Збірка сцен, створення префабів, оптимізація для мобілок
• Співпраця з художниками, розробниками та геймдизайнерами
• Робота через Git у команді
• Робота з чужими ассетами зі стору

👤 Ідеальний кандидат:

• Має 3+ роки досвіду
• Добре знає Unity
• Розуміє основи рендерингу, композиції, оптимізації
• Впевнено користується Git та звик до командної роботи
• Є в портфоліо ігри випущені в Google Play або App Store

➕ Переваги:

• Записувати відеолекції за затвердженою програмою курсу

• Оновлювати матеріали відповідно до змін у Blender і запитів студентів
