    Responsibilities
     

    • Digital Marketing and Outreach: Lead digital marketing initiatives across various online channels for advertising collaborations. Develop strategic approaches to identify and engage with target audiences, facilitating partnerships that align with our brand's values and marketing goals. This includes managing campaigns, overseeing execution of marketing efforts, and ensuring all objectives are met.
    • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of compelling digital content and collaborate closely with content creators to ensure materials align with our brand's messaging and objectives. Manage the entire lifecycle of content campaigns, from initial concept to post-campaign analysis, maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.
    • Performance Analytics and Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing performance using advanced analytics tools. Monitor key metrics including traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition, lifetime value, and ROI to continuously optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
    • SEO and SEM Management: Implement comprehensive search engine optimization strategies and manage search engine marketing campaigns. Conduct keyword research, optimize landing pages, and develop link-building strategies to improve organic visibility and paid search performance.

    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and customer needs. Coordinate with design and development teams to optimize user experience and conversion paths.


    Required Skills and Qualifications
     

    • Strong understanding of the SEO market and link-building strategies
    • At least 3 years of experience in internet marketing with a focus on digital campaigns and online marketing
    • Expertise in analyzing marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), PowerBI, or similar analytics platforms
    • Demonstrated ability in managing digital content creation processes and working with online marketing channels

    Role Objective

    Ensure a successful transition of the Marketplace from its current state and components, primarily driven by upsell mechanics, to a mixed model in which at least 50% of total revenue is generated by new users. The Marketplace should also become an additional entry point into the Luminar ecosystem.

    What you will do:

    • Build direct acquisition funnel(s) for new users to the Marketplace, positioning it as an entry point into the broader Luminar ecosystem (Desktop editor + mobile editor + web editor + education + marketplace + other). Within the first 6 months, achieve more than 10% of revenue generated by new users.
    • Together with the CMO and Product team, migrate the existing Marketplace to an e-commerce engine (WordPress / Magento / or similar). Target completion: by the end of 2026.
    • Together with the Education Product Manager, relaunch the existing Education direction, aligning it with user needs and community-building goals by Q4 2026.
    • Build a reporting and analytics system to evaluate Marketplace business and channel performance, with autonomous weekly analytics and access for the CMO and executive leadership.
