    Responsibilities 

    • Design, implement, and maintain DevOps pipelines and environments on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) 
    • Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments using Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, or similar tools 
    • Manage Linux-based systems, containers (Docker), and orchestrators (Kubernetes, preferably with OKE) 
    • Design, implement, maintain observability (e.g. Oracle Logging, Oracle Monitoring, Grafana, Prometheus / Victoriametrics stack
    • Ensure system scalability, availability, and performance 
    • Integrate Oracle DB, Oracle Autonomous DB, and other OCI services into CI/CD workflows 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application deployment and support 
       

    Requirements 

    • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) 
    • Strong experience with Kubernetes 
    • Strong proficiency in Linux system administration 
    • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC),  
    • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)

    About the Role

    We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Consultant to help us level up the infrastructure behind our CRM Platform Ecosystem. This is a part-time contract role focused on Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD pipeline optimization, and monitoring & alerting improvements.

    You’ll work directly with the CTO and backend teams to establish production-grade reliability, automation, and visibility standards for a fast-scaling, modular CRM platform.

     

    Key Responsibilities
    • Refactor and implement Terraform-based infrastructure for AWS (or cloud provider of choice).
    • Redesign and optimize our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI or other), improving speed, reliability, and rollback capabilities.
    • Set up and fine-tune monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, etc.).
    • Define and implement alerting systems based on SLOs/SLIs using best practices (e.g., on-call playbooks, alert routing).
    • Ensure infrastructure is scalable, secure, and cloud-agnostic where possible.
    • Review and improve secrets management, deployment automation, and environment management.
    • Work with backend engineers to support Terraform modules, deployments, and integrations with PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
    • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to the internal engineering team for future scalability.

     

    Requirements

    Must-Have
    • 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE, including production support and infrastructure automation.
    • Expert in Terraform for AWS/Azure/GCP provisioning.
    • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
    • Experience configuring and tuning Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar observability stacks.
    • Proficient in scripting with Bash, Python, or Go.
    • Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes (optional but preferred), and container security.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

     

    Nice-to-Have
