    • Fluent English (C1 or higher)
    • 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role (Sales Director / Head of Sales / Commercial Director) in B2B IT services (IT outsourcing, custom software development, consulting, data, AI, cloud, etc.)
    • Proven experience in outbound sales to Western markets (USA, UK, EU, Canada) β€” mandatory
    • Track record of building or restructuring a sales department and achieving planned KPIs
    • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based sales
    • Experience managing and closing large, complex B2B deals
    • High financial literacy: revenue planning, forecasting, unit economics, margins
    • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
    • Experience implementing and owning CRM systems and sales analytics
    • Willingness to travel for business development and client engagements

    • Confident user of modern AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) in sales workflows
