We're looking for a hands-on Python Technical Lead who will initially drive technical delivery and later build and lead a small engineering team in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of a Python engineering team, combining hands-on development with technical leadership and mentoring.

Requirements:

• 6-7+ years of commercial experience with Python and hands-on backend development.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Python Engineer, including architecture design, code reviews, mentoring, and technical decision-making.
• Experience building or scaling self-managed engineering teams.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI (GitHub Actions is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Storage.
• Solid understanding of Docker and containerized applications.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to join the client's Product Strategy team on an outstaff basis. You will help shape and drive the development of the platform, working closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure product features meet client needs.
 

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of product vision and strategy in collaboration with senior product leaders
• Partner with internal teams and occasionally engage with external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights

Requirements

• 3 + years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in a related role (research ops, product ops, project management, or UX research)
• Some experience or strong interest in market research — quantitative and/or qualitative; a market research background is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in market research, business, technology, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering skills
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to product development and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and share ideas

Octocrew builds and runs managed AI coworker crews — small teams of specialist AI agents that work inside a company's existing tools and help human teams execute recurring operational and marketing workflows. We are expanding our contractor pool with practical engineers who can implement, integrate, tune, and support client AI agent workflows.

The role in one line

You take an approved requirements spec and turn it into a working agent system that fits the client's tools, data, permissions, and approval process. This is not a prompt-only role and not pure DevOps; it sits between backend engineering, automation, LLM application development, systems integration, and client implementation. You do not need to already know our full agent stack — we have templates and patterns, and we care more about whether you can become reliable fast.

What you will do

Translate a client workflow into a clear implementation plan: tools, data sources, permissions, approval points, edge cases, success criteria.

Build Python glue around AI workflows: API connectors, webhooks, small backend services, scripts, data syncs, and browser automation where APIs are limited.

Configure and tune LLM-powered workflows from our templates.

Integrate Slack, Telegram, Notion, GitHub, CRMs, ecommerce and marketing platforms, helpdesks, analytics, and internal knowledge bases.
