Design AI solutions that match the actual problem.
You translate business context into an architecture with realistic scope and effort estimates. You know when prompt engineering is enough, when RAG is needed, when fine tuning or custom development is justified, and you can explain why.

Connect AI to the tools businesses already use.

The role requires experience in Figma, Adobe XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other packages within the Adobe Suite and Figma, as well as 3+ years of experience, preferably within brand and/or digitally-led, creative agencies.

Your responsibilities will vary from branding, presentations, marketing, and digital work. In doing so, you will work in the areas of web design, brochure design, flyer design, logo design, social media design, and many more, while working closely with the PM Team and clients to produce content for their websites, and social platforms, and email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements

• Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs

• Work with copywriters and creative team to produce the final designs

• Test graphics across various media

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Required Skills:

Our client is one of the world’s top 20 investment companies headquartered in Great Britain, with branch offices in the US, Asia, and Europe.

Project overview

The company’s IT environment is constantly growing, with around 30 programs and more than 60 active projects. They are building a data marketplace that aggregates and analyzes data from multiple sources such as stock exchanges, news feeds, brokers, and internal quantitative systems.

As the company moves to a new data source, the main goal of this project is to create a golden source of data for all downstream systems and applications. The team is performing classic ELT/ETL: transforming raw data from multiple sources (third-party and internal) and creating a single interface for delivering data to downstream applications.

Position overview

We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong expertise in DBT, Snowflake, and modern data engineering practices. In this role, you will design and implement scalable data models, build robust ETL/ELT pipelines, and ensure high-quality data delivery for critical investment management applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy DBT Cloud models.
• Design, build, and deploy Airflow jobs (Astronomer).
• Identify and test for bugs and bottlenecks in the ELT/ETL solution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering (GIT, CI/CD, Shell scripting).
• 3+ years of experience building scalable and robust Data Platforms (SQL, DWH, Distributed Data Processing).
• 2+ years of experience developing in DBT Core/Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience with Snowflake.
• 2+ years of experience with Airflow.
• 2+ years of experience with Python.
• Good spoken English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in message queues (Kafka).
• Experience with cloud services (Azure).
• CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins, Groovy scripting).

We are looking for a Golang Team Lead to join our teams!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of practical experience applying Golang best practices and development strategies, with an in-depth understanding of Go's ecosystem and the capability to mentor and guide the team in adopting these practices;
• At least 5 years of prior experience with any back-end technology, plus experience with any front-end technology;
• Diverse experience with relational and NoSQL databases including document, key/value (like MongoDB, Redis, etc.);
• Practical experience working with messaging services with a preference for NATS (experience with other services like Kafka or RabbitMQ is also acceptable) utilizing request/reply, pub/sub, concurrent consumers and other patterns;
• Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, along with basic knowledge of Kubernetes (k8s), Terraform, GitOps and ArgoCD;
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable microservices;
• Experience working with system monitoring, telemetry and observability tools;
• Experience with software engineering best practices: unit testing, code reviews, design documentation.

• Team Management: Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers, conducting code reviews and facilitating knowledge sharing;
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven track record of analyzing complex issues and developing effective solutions.
 

Will be plus:
 

• Knowledge of fintech concepts, trends, and industry practices;
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture;
• Experience with GitOps practices for managing and automating infrastructure and application deployments;
• Experience in designing, building, and optimizing high-load systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team building fintech products from the ground up, overseeing the entire process from team formation and system design to guiding the team through the SDLC, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, driving the adoption of modern development methodologies and tools, and ensuring the team stays at the cutting edge of innovation.
• Analyze and integrate 3rd party APIs into the system enabling new functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex software solutions.
• Facilitate and guide technical discussions to find effective solutions to complex problems.
• Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain high quality, enforce best practices, and foster knowledge sharing across the team(s).
