What you will be doing:- take your own mobile app idea (or co-develop with us), validate and test it using our existing infrastructure;
- lead User Acquisition & Growth strategy across paid channels, ASO, performance marketing, and creative testing;
- drive business metrics: CAC, LTV, retention, scaling funnels across global markets;
- work side-by-side with our in-house (15 A-players) from product, creative, development, marketing and data teams to accelerate testing cycles;
- operate as a co-founder partnering with our Head of AppLab, Olena Slobodaniuk: from hypothesis β MVP β scale β revenue.
What you bring:
- 3+ years in mobile apps (ideally health, wellness, productivity, or other mass-market niches);
- proven track record in User Acquisition β you know how to run high-performance campaigns, test creative angles, and scale budgets profitably;
- experience taking at least one app from launch β scale;

About the Role
Weβre looking for an Chief Affiliate Operation to take ownership of creator partnerships and ensure smooth operations with bloggers, influencers, and affiliates.
You will:
β’ Oversee content delivery by our influencers: timelines, formats, mentions, quality.
β’ Calculate and manage payouts for each partner.
β’ Handle creator communication: reminders, follow-ups, resolving edge cases.
β’ Monitor content rights and ensure access and ownership are in place.

Requirements:
