Role mission

Own Apple Search Ads channel for paid user acquisition and App Store Optimization (ASO) for TouchRetouch on iOS. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns end-to-end — account structure, keywords, bids, budgets, and Custom Product Page pairing — and own the organic store presence they convert against: metadata, keyword rankings, screenshots, and CPPs — to hit ROAS and CAC targets. You’ll keep attribution reliable and reporting honest, run a disciplined testing cadence, and work in collaboration with CMO, Marketing Manager, and Content, with the main focus on the US market.

Key responsibilities:

1) Apple Search Ads campaign management

• Own account architecture: Brand / Generic / Competitor / Discovery campaigns, ad group segmentation, match types, and negative keyword hygiene.
• Manage bids and budgets daily against CPT/CPA/ROAS targets; run structured bid and placement tests (Search results, Search tab, Today tab, product pages).
• Pair campaigns with Custom Product Pages and ad variations; coordinate keyword–CPP relevance with ASO.
• Plan geo expansion beyond the US based on unit economics and keyword volume.

2) App Store Optimization (ASO) & keyword strategy

• Own store metadata — app title, subtitle, keyword field, and localized US metadata; run continuous keyword research (volume, relevance, intent) with ASO tools and sync paid + organic keyword strategy to protect and grow organic rank.
• Own store conversion assets — screenshots, app preview, and Custom Product Pages; run store A/B tests (Product Page Optimization) to lift install rate.
• Monitor competitor bidding, defend brand terms, and identify conquesting opportunities.
• Feed search-intent insights to Content and Product (feature naming, screenshots, CPP angles).

3) Measurement, attribution & reporting

• Ensure MMP tracking is reliable (AppsFlyer): ASA integration, SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit setup, ATT-aware reading of the data.
• Reconcile discrepancies between the ASA console, MMP, and revenue data (RevenueCat / Amplitude); maintain source-of-truth dashboards.
• Report weekly on spend, TTR, CR, CPT, CPA, cohort ROAS, and LTV by campaign, keyword, and CPP; document decisions and learnings.

4) Experimentation & channel expansion 

• Maintain a prioritized hypothesis backlog (bids, structures, CPPs, creatives, geos) with clear success criteria; kill or scale fast.
• Brief Content on creative needs for CPPs and ad variations based on search-intent data.
• Support tests on secondary channels (Google App Campaigns, Meta) when ASA learnings justify expansion.

5) Agency & vendor coordination

• Audit and challenge work of external ASA agencies/contractors where used; own the internal source of truth on performance.

What you will do:
— Own and optimize the full conversion funnel — from onboarding to purchase — with a strong focus on web flows, monetization models, and pricing;
— Design, test, and scale new monetization strategies to outperform market benchmarks and increase ARPU, Conversion, LTV;
— Run A/B tests end-to-end, analyze results, and quickly implement data-driven improvements;
— Research markets, competitors, and user behavior (via interviews, heatmaps, and analytics) to uncover growth opportunities and user pain points;
— Formulate and validate hypotheses across different funnel stages using both quantitative and qualitative data;
— Collaborate cross-functionally with UA, Creative Production, Design, and Analytics to ensure alignment, fast execution, and measurable impact.

What we’re looking for:
— 3+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Product roles, including B2C subscription-based products;
— Proven track record in conversion optimization, monetization, and pricing strategy (web experience highly preferred);
— Strong hands-on experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making;
— Solid understanding of unit economics, key product and marketing metrics;
— Ability to conduct market and competitor research and analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities;
— Expertise in launching and scaling products from scratch, owning key growth and marketing processes end-to-end.
— Analytical yet user-centric mindset, with the ability to balance monetization goals and customer value;

What you’ll be working on:

• Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests across quiz funnels, monetization pages, and onboarding flows together with the Product and Development teams.
• Implement CRO strategies to improve conversion across web and app funnel touchpoints.
• Own marketing analytics using tools like Amplitude, AppsFlyer, and Campaignswell to track KPIs and generate actionable insights.
• Research market trends and competitors to generate and validate new growth hypotheses.
• Build and optimize automated CRM journeys across email and push channels.
• Analyze CRM performance, user segmentation, and campaign results to continuously improve engagement and retention.
• Launch personalized, data-driven emails.
• Grow email into a measurable, attributable revenue channel.
• Launch push notification lifecycle programs for onboarding and at-risk users.
• Grow push opt-in rates on iOS and Android.

You Are a Great Fit If You Have:

• 1+ years in marketing roles focused on conversion optimization or emails / push notifications.
• Strong knowledge of CRO & growth tactics, growth experiments, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Basic understanding of customer lifecycle and retention marketing
• Experience with mobile apps or web-to-app funnels.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools like Amplitude/Mixpanel, Tableau/Data Studio, and attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust.
• A test-and-learn mindset and the ability to move fast based on data.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. OneSignal, Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Mailchimp, etc.)
