We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to take charge of launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns in Google Ads. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of analytics, expertise in GA4 and GTM, and the ability to implement non-standard approaches for promoting complex niches. Main Responsibilities:

• Launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
• Setting up and managing analytics in GA4, working with GTM.
• Bypassing ad blocks in Google Ads.
• Setting up advertising campaigns on additional websites.
• Participating in the creation of landing pages for the product.
• Configuring advertising campaigns for mobile applications.
• A/B testing of landing pages.
• Testing and implementing non-standard approaches to promote complex niches.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and continuously improving them.
• Working with financial offers and increasing their conversion rate.
• Preparing reports and recommendations for budget optimization.
• Writing technical specifications for landing page development.

Professional Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
• Experience with financial products and complex niches is preferred.
• Skills in A/B testing, working with creatives and landing pages.
• Ability to analyze data, work with KPIs, and optimize advertising expenses.
• Experience working with UAC campaigns.
• Experience with Apple Search.
• Experience working with Adjust & Affise.
• Understanding of the Spanish and Mexican markets.
• English level B1 or higher.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in traffic arbitrage is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a gaming platform based on a microservice infrastructure using NodeJS from scratch
• Maintain the legacy platform written and migrate functionality to a new platform
• Participate in automating the CI/CD process
• Communicate with 3'd party providers to integrate external APIs and payment solutions
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure system stability

Background:

• 5+ years of total backend software development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript using NodeJS
• Commercial experience with NestJS framework
• Experience launching products from start to finish (incl. building CI/CD)
• Confident in unit, E2E testing using Jest/Mocha/Nock
• Experience with database management systems, SQL, NoSQL and data migrations
• Experience with Message brokers: RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience integrating with various 3rd-party, preventing negative outcomes, and managing unexpected risks
• B2+ English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with front-end development and integration techniques
• PHP development experience
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g. AWS, GCP, or Azure)
