Ми завжди дивимося вглиб потреб і занурюємося в бізнес-контекст кожного клієнта.

    Team Composition

    Product Team: 4 Product Owners, 1 UX Designer, 1 CTO, 3 Team Leads, 2 Architects, 5 QA Engineers, 14 FullStack Developers, Sales and Support Team

     

    We have already successfully onboarded 3 talented developers to work on this exciting project, and we’re looking for a 4th Senior FullStack Developer to complete our growing team.
     

    Role Overview

    As a Senior FullStack Developer, you will focus on setting and maintaining technical standards, architectural decisions, and ensuring high-quality code. You will tackle challenging features, build foundational structures, and either develop them yourself or collaborate with the team.

    New developer will work not only on tech.debts but also on product features (precise proportion is not defined yet, could dynamic, change over time)

    At this stage of development, the task proportions are expected to be distributed as follows: 80% frontend and 20% backend.
     

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Coding & Estimation (80%): Write high-quality code, break down tasks with the Team Lead, and deliver robust features.
    • Code Review & Mentoring (20%): Review code to ensure adherence to standards, share knowledge, and mentor team members.
       

    Key Competencies:

    • Strong performance optimization skills
    • Debugging assistance and skill sharing
    • Attention to detail and bug-free delivery
       

    Quality Metrics:

    • Uptime/SLA and other performance metrics
    • Minimal performance issues and bugs
    • Fault tolerance and problem minimization

      • A practical task you will complete at home. It will help us assess your technical skills and approach to problem-solving.
    3. Technical Interview + Live Coding ~1-1,5h
      • A meeting with our technical specialist to discuss your home task solution, followed by live coding to evaluate your skills in real-time.
    4. Interview with the CTO ~30min
      • An interview with our Chief Technical Officer to discuss your experience, vision for development, and alignment with our culture.
    5. HR Interview with the Customer ~30min
      • The final meeting with our HR manager and our customer to clarify details and make the final decision.

  • Technical Lead

    We are looking for a talented Technical Lead to join one of our teams and ensure the technical excellence of our product.
     

    Role Overview:

    • Responsible for technical standards, architecture, and quality within the team.
    • Conducts R&D on complex features, at least initiating them, building the foundation, and then delegating tasks alongside the Team Lead to other developers.
    • Performs code reviews, ensuring adherence to established rules, standards, and architectural decisions.
    • Provides mentorship and knowledge sharing through PR reviews.
    • Collaborates with other Tech Leads and the Chief Architect to build and maintain a technical debt backlog.
    • Drives the integration of technical strategy and quality standards within the team.

    • 40% of time - coding, prototypes, tech-dept backlogs, paying tech-depts (refactors of make a skeleton (direction) for refactoring)
