We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the following positions/positions Affiliate Team Lead.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming or similar performance-based industries
- Prior experience in managing a small to mid-size team of affiliate managers (5β10 people)
- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to support, guide, and develop team members in daily operations
- Good understanding of affiliate traffic models, metrics, and basic fraud indicators
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and affiliate platforms
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Key Responsibilities & Goals:
- Oversee and support day-to-day work of the affiliate team
- Distribute tasks and ensure deadlines and priorities are respected
- Help resolve operational questions and unblock the team when needed
- Provide mentorship and support for junior and mid-level affiliate managers
- Conduct regular check-ins, monitor performance, and help improve partner communications
- Serve as the first line of quality control for communication and offers
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Coordinate with other departments when necessary (e.g. finance, product, legal)
- Ensure that internal tools (CRM, tracking platforms) are used consistently and correctly

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Execute daily lead generation tasks, following defined outreach workflows and approved templates.
- Conduct targeted research to identify relevant potential opportunities and initiate personalized outreach via LinkedIn and Email.
- Qualify leads based on established ICP criteria (e.g., geography, industry, seniority).
- Schedule intro calls or meetings between qualified leads and AE.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and properly tagged records of all leads and accounts in CRM (e.g., Pipedrive).
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to hand off qualified leads and review qualification processes.
- Participate in team syncs, coaching, and training sessions to improve individual performance.
- Contribute to process improvement by sharing observations (lead quality, messaging performance) and ideas.
Contribute insights to team discussions aimed at improving workflows, messaging, or targeting.
