What We’re Looking For

2+ years in BD/Sales at an IT outsource or outstaff company — required

Proven experience working with EU/UK/US markets: understanding of culture, deal expectations, and pricing

• Пошук і залучення B2B-клієнтів, дистриб’юторів та партнерів
• Аналіз ринків, конкурентного середовища та потенціалу нових країн
• Проведення переговорів, підготовка комерційних пропозицій та погодження умов співпраці
• Повний супровід експортних контрактів (від першого контакту до відвантаження продукції)
• Координація взаємодії з виробництвом, логістикою, фінансами та відділом якості
• Контроль виконання умов поставок, оплат та рівня клієнтського сервісу
• Ведення CRM, звітності та виконання плану продажів

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи на позиції BDM / менеджера з розвитку бізнесу від 3-х років
• Досвід роботи з кабельною продукцією (обов’язково)
• Досвід у B2B продажах та розвитку експортних ринків
• Англійська мова — рівень B1+ (польська, німецька або італійська- буде перевагою)
• Навички ведення переговорів та побудови партнерських відносин
• Наявність водійських прав категорії B та досвід керування авто

• Іспанська: впевнений розмовний рівень B2+ (щоденна письмова та усна комунікація з командою)
• Англійська: В1-В2 (періодична письмова та усна комунікація зі стейкхолдерами)
