About the role

We are seeking a Billing Data Analyst to join our Billing and Data team. You will play a key role in analyzing financial performance, billing behavior, risk trends, and support operations. Your work will help drive better decision-making, reduce financial risks, and improve billing efficiency across all products. This role combines analytical rigor, statistical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key billing and support performance indicators and emerging trends.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data delivery.
• Apply statistical methods to project scenarios, assess “what-if” outcomes, and anticipate financial risks.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to evaluate billing and support strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within fintech, subscription products, billing, or customer support.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
• Experience with Python or R
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Experience running A/B tests and interpreting experiment results.

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. In this role, you will create high-quality static marketing creatives for our mobile products, with a primary focus on MeChat (you can learn more about MeChat on our company page), combining strong design fundamentals with modern AI-powered workflows. You'll primarily use Nano Banana alongside industry-standard design tools to produce engaging visuals that support user acquisition and marketing campaigns.

About you

• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and current design trends.
• Experience creating static marketing creatives for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted image creation, including text-to-image, image-to-image, and image post-processing workflows.

About the project
A service-oriented EnergyTech platform for electricity trading, consumption-data aggregation, and market hedging across energy markets. Built on multiple Django/DRF backends with React SPAs on top, plus AI/LLM-assisted analytics and a customer portal with enterprise SSO. The product is live and revenue-generating - we’re building out new services and setting modern development standards.

About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced IT Compliance Specialist to lead and manage our compliance programs across ISO 27001 and SOC 2, ensuring our gaming platform and related services meet the highest standards of security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. The role will serve as the primary liaison for both external and internal auditors for ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 attestation, with a focus on addressing scope changes, corporate structure changes, and responding to client security questionnaires. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

ComplianceManagement 

• Lead and maintain the company’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) and SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria certification programs. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for engaging with external and internal auditors, facilitating ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 attestation processes. 
• Own compliance audits: plan, coordinate with auditors, collect evidence, and provide comprehensive audit responses. 
• Manage risk assessments, control testing, and remediation activities to ensure ongoing compliance. 

Policy & Process Governance 

• Develop, maintain, and enforce IT security and compliance policies, procedures, and standards. 
• Ensure documentation aligns with ISO 27001 Annex A controls, SOC 2 requirements, and addresses evolving compliance needs due to scope or structural changes. 
• Respond to client security questionnaires with accurate and detailed information to demonstrate compliance. 

Control Implementation & Monitoring 

• Oversee access control, change management, incident management, and third-party/vendor risk management within the scope of ISO 27001 and SOC 2. 
• Ensure compliance across environments supporting software development, hosting platforms, and APIs. 
• Monitor the effectiveness of security controls and recommend improvements to mitigate emerging risks. 

Audit & Assurance 

• Act as the central liaison for external auditors, regulators, and certification bodies, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution. 
• Conduct internal compliance audits, gap assessments, and readiness reviews to maintain certification readiness. 
• Track and close compliance findings and audit issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. 
• Provide expert guidance on compliance implications of ISO 27001 scope changes and corporate structure changes. 

Training & Awareness 

• Build awareness of compliance requirements across development, operations, and support teams. 
• Deliver targeted training on compliance obligations, including secure software development, data handling, and gaming industry standards.

• 5+ years’ experience in IT compliance, GRC, risk management, or information security, ideally in gaming, fintech, or other regulated industries.
