About the role 

We're looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team and help us ship quality products on Web3 platforms. This is a Junior+ role—we don't chase titles or years of experience, but we do need someone who's actually comfortable in a Web3 environment on day one, not someone who needs private keys and gas explained from scratch.

You'll test dApps, crypto wallets, DeFi flows, and NFT platforms, alongside mobile apps and AI-powered tools. Every task involves a chain somewhere—if that idea makes you nervous rather than curious, this probably isn't the right fit.

What you'll do 

- Test Web3 products across the full QA cycle: functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory 

- Read PRDs and user stories, then design and write test cases on your own 

- Test wallet connections, transaction flows, network switching, and on-chain state (balances, confirmations, transaction hashes)—not just "clicked and it worked" 

- Write bug reports the dev team can act on without follow-up: steps to reproduce, expected vs actual, severity/priority, environment, and (for on-chain bugs) the transaction hash/network 

- Test APIs in Postman alongside UI testing—because half the bugs live below the surface 

- Work closely with developers, PMs, and designers 

- Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow (test case generation, bug report drafting, edge case brainstorming) 

- Own the quality of what you test, flag risks, push back when something isn't ready, advocate for the user

What we're looking for 

- 1+ year of hands-on manual QA experience

About the design role

You'll work closely with the founder, the product manager, and two engineers. You'll often design around AI capabilities that are emerging in real time:

• An AI that writes letters to the credit bureaus to fix errors on the user's credit report
• An AI credit mentor the user can chat with
• A recommendation engine that picks financial products based on the user's full credit profile

That means staying close to the models, prototyping fast, and being comfortable with ambiguity.

We care deeply about quality and the details that make a product feel reliable and polished. At the same time, we ship fast and learn as we go. We'd rather get something in front of users than wait for perfection.

The role is fully remote, open to candidates in North America, Europe, or compatible time zones, with a Chicago overlap (10:00-14:00 CT, or 18:00-22:00 Kyiv) for meetings.
 

Responsibilities

• Lead design end to end: the iOS app (Android planned), the marketing site, the admin panel, and the brand, including our character Boost
• Work in tight partnership with engineers and the founder, with no hand-offs
• Set the design quality bar and continuously improve flows and the product
• Design complex flows: dispute flow, KYC, paywalls, marketplace
• Build and grow the Figma design system, including custom plugins
• Use AI tools (Claude, image-gen, agents) to streamline design ops

This is an early-stage product founded by a European entrepreneur based in Cyprus. The role is suitable for someone who can take ownership not only of development, but also of architecture, technical decisions, integrations, security and scalability.

• Building a web casino platform from scratch;
• Backend architecture and core platform logic;
