An online casino powered by the SoftSwiss platform. The front-end is React-based and integrated with the SoftSwiss game aggregator, cashier module, and player registration. After a redesign, we need skilled developers to take over the project, stabilize it, and later contribute to additional web projects.

We are hiring two part-time/full-time engineers so the system is never dependent on a single person. Both will be cross-trained on the casino platform.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of the existing React site.
• Audit the codebase, APIs, and deployment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Solve practical backend and product challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js.
• Design and implement workflows, automation, and AI-driven processes.

• Collaborate closely with the CTO and small product team.
• Contribute to feature development and product scaling.
• Improve and maintain code quality, including basic test coverage.
• Participate in building systems that optimize insurance selection and risk prevention.

What we expect from you:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
• Strong experience with Node.js and backend development.
• Experience working with automation tools, workflows, or AI-related features (agents, LLMs, etc.).
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and data handling.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
• Basic understanding of testing (unit/integration).
• Comfort working without strict processes or detailed specifications.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of React.
• Previous startup experience.
• Experience working with AI-powered products or LLMs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and engage audiences (Telegram, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and adapt content for Nepal GEO and target audiences
• Track performance metrics and analyze engagement to optimize results
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the media team
• Build and nurture communities — organize giveaways, polls, and collaborations
• Stay ahead of trends and experiment with new formats and creative ideas
