BigD is looking for a Head / Lead of Affiliates to lead and optimize our affiliate program, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making rather than networking alone.
 

BigD is a fast-growing iGaming operator running a strong Affiliate Program, our own Payment solution, and an AI-driven user acquisition product. 
 

What you will do:

• Lead and develop the existing affiliate team — this is a role about optimizing and scaling a working system, not building one from scratch
• Own the analytics behind the affiliate program: track and act on traffic-quality metrics 
• Define and negotiate commercial models (RS, CPA, Hybrid) and hold partners to company-specific quality benchmarks, which are notably stricter than typical market standards
• Mentor account managers on handling high-pressure partner conversations (e.g., rate increase demands, traffic complaints) and personally step in to resolve escalations when needed
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPI targets, with quarterly OKRs and a performance-based bonus structure
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Payments, and BI teams
• Continuously identify growth opportunities and improve ROI across the affiliate portfolio
   

We are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming, including 3+ years in a managerial/lead capacity
• Strong, demonstrable command of traffic-quality analytics 
• Solid understanding of commercial models: RS, CPA, Hybrid
• Experience with Affiliate Tracking Platforms (GR8 or similar)
• Strong leadership skills — proven ability to manage, structure, and develop a team

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Design and build batch data pipelines that ingest, validate and transform multi-billion-row datasets from external data providers and internal systems
• Model complex real-world data: dimensional models, reference data, and temporal data whose attributes change over time (e.g. slowly changing dimensions), and evolve those models safely as upstream sources change their schemas and semantics
• Develop and operate workloads on our lakehouse platform (Databricks / Spark / Delta) and our data warehouse (Redshift), including migrating existing pipelines from the warehouse to the lakehouse

Qualifications:

What we expect from you

• 4–6+ years in payments / billing / subscription-based products, with direct impact on payment conversion, retention, or revenue.

• Experience working with high-volume payments ($3–5M+ monthly) and understanding how scale affects performance metrics.

• Building end-to-end payment flows: from payment methods (cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) that impact conversion, to subscription billing (recurring payments, retry / dunning logic, renewal flows, and declined payment handling).

• Strong understanding of unit economics (LTV, CAC, margins) and the role of payments within it, combined with the ability to analyze metrics, form hypotheses, and make decisions that impact revenue and scalability.
