Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international tech clients. The role requires strong sourcing expertise, ownership mindset, and the ability to close complex technical positions remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.

• Conduct structured screening interviews and competency-based evaluations.

• Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely feedback loops.

• Manage offer negotiations and support candidates through the onboarding stage.

• Maintain accurate reporting and recruitment analytics.
