    Your Role

    As an Affiliate Manager (Azerbaijan / Kazakhstan), you will be responsible for developing and scaling the affiliate network across these GEOs. Your key focus will be building strong relationships with affiliates, adapting marketing strategies to local market specifics, improving traffic quality and volume, and ensuring sustainable growth of the affiliate channel.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the affiliate growth strategy for Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan

    • Manage and grow existing partners, improving KPIs, LTV, and traffic quality

    • Prepare reports, analytics, and scaling proposals
    • Implement best practices and new tools in affiliate marketing

    What will you do:

    • Own the creative concept stage: generate ideas, angles, and scripts for ad creatives and prepare clear briefs for designers and the team.
    • Collaborate closely with PMMs, Paid Social, and Creative specialists to decide what concepts should be produced and tested.
    • Ensure creative output meets brand, quality, and performance standards across all channels.
    • Turn data, performance insights, and market research into new creative concepts and hypotheses.
    • Scale creative production using AI tools, freelancers, and UGC, working within a shared production flow.
    • Track creative performance and continuously iterate on concepts and formats to improve CPI, CPM, installs, and conversions.
    • Run creative sprints in Jira, align teams on priorities and timelines, and proactively remove blockers to keep delivery moving.

     

    About you:

    • At least 2 years of experience in a Creative Producer or similar role.
    • Experience with paid social and performance creatives on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, and the ability to turn social trends into effective ad ideas.
    • Strong creativity and taste, with the ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging scripts and concepts.
    • Confident writing and storytelling across ad formats.
    • Excellent project and time management skills. 
    • Act with ownership and a proactive mindset. 
    • Fluent English for working in an international team and writing clear, natural ad copy.
