This role is hands-on and analytical, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to independently structure complex product ideas.

The position is part-time and can work well as an additional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product discovery and requirement clarification with stakeholders

Daily responsibilities:

— analysis of the company’s accounting business processes;

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Lead to support both the discovery and delivery phases of complex e-commerce projects. You will work closely with technical teams, prospective and existing clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and help shape suitable e-commerce solutions.

This position requires being an expert in e-commerce domain, so prior expertise in this area is a must. Role overview

Основні обов’язки

• Виявлення вимог та аналіз бізнес-потреб замовника щодо майбутнього продукту чи процесу 
• Моделювання поведінки системи та проєктування рішень за допомогою нотацій UML (згідно переліку функціональних та нефункціональних вимог), а також за необхідності створення “початкових” макетів/mockups/wireframes систем інтерфейсу 
• Здійснення аналізу проблемних областей і внесення пропозицій для поліпшення 
• Написання технічної документації необхідної для ведення проєкту, сервісу і передача продукту замовнику (інструкції, технічні завдання, специфікації) 
• Підтримка в актуальному стані опису проєкту/процесу/технології, історії змін та версій в Jira, звіти про тестування на confluence, статус виконання завдань командою розробки в Jira 
• Здійснення декомпозиції завдань, передача в команди розробки, залучення (за потреби) необхідних підрозділів та контроль виконання 
• Валідація схеми тестування функціоналу системи від тестувальника та при потребі проведення первинного тестування функціональності 
• Аналіз помилок, збоїв та причин їх виникнення в роботі систем з подальшим визначенням дій для їх недопущення

Основні вимоги

• 2+ роки комерційного досвіду системним аналітиком
• Знання принципів роботи SQL та NoSQL (базовий рівень)
• Знання загальних понять архітектури ПЗ
• Знання засобів моделювання бізнес-процесів, даних, інфраструктури
• Розуміння принципів роботи з API
• Досвід написання технічних завдань або розробки схем бізнес-процесів використовуючи UML, глибокого пропрацювання задач
