We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with experience in Mobile Marketing, to join our team. Our ideal candidate has good organizational and analytical skills, self-sufficient, enthusiastic, and motivated to work.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- On-boarding new affiliate partners to promote offers via API and MMP;
- Adjusting tracking and full-cycle setup of the offers/campaigns;
- Daily monitoring and performance optimization of a dedicated pool of affiliates: checking stats, confirming bumps or decreases in rates, scaling of profitable campaigns, adding and testing new sources;
- Control on traffic quality and partner’s payouts approval;
- Raising network brand awareness via industry forums/chats activity & participation in conferences (both local and international);
- Develop strong relationships with new partners to continually grow business
- Analyze competitors and trends in terms of new creative approaches, offer monetization models, emerging traffic types, marketing angles, and innovative ways of communicating with partners.
What We Look For (Requirements):
- Working experience in an affiliate network or ad industry for 1+ years;
- Understanding of basic affiliate metrics, unit economics, and models of cooperation: CPI, CPA, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI;
- Work experience with various MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular etc)
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Global understanding of online advertising markets: traffic sources, verticals, monetization models;

As an Affiliate Manager you will be a crucial part of our marketing team, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners. Your role will involve managing and optimizing affiliate programs to drive traffic, revenue, and player acquisition for our gambling brands.
Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing affiliate partners, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
- Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and onboard new affiliates to expand the affiliate network, negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, ensuring they meet agreed-upon KPIs and targets.
- Commission Structuring: Develop and negotiate commission structures that align with business goals while motivating affiliates to deliver high-quality traffic.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns with affiliates to promote our gambling brands effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and performance analysis to assess the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure that all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Budget Management: Manage the affiliate marketing budget effectively, maximizing ROI and controlling costs.
- Conferences: As a part of Softsich team you will represent the company in all iGaming events.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and changes in the online gambling landscape.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the TIER1 GEOs.
- Strong understanding of online marketing, affiliate tracking, and analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills. That requires an advanced English level.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret affiliate performance data.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
