ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Head of Retention (CRM) to own and scale our entire retention function.

This is a highly strategic yet hands-on leadership role responsible for building a world-class CRM organization across multiple betting brands. You will define the retention strategy, optimize the customer lifecycle, lead CRM operations, and drive measurable improvements across engagement, reactivation, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.

You will work closely with the CEO, Product, Affiliate, Marketing, CRM teams to ensure every customer interaction is personalized, automated, data-driven, and commercially effective.

This role is ideal for someone who has built or significantly scaled CRM and retention functions within an iGaming or Betting business.
 

GOALS FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to work on two product directions: Slots and CCTV. You will be responsible for designing intuitive user experiences, creating scalable design systems, and improving key product metrics through thoughtful UX decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a product mindset, understands user behavior, and has experience designing interfaces for gaming, iGaming, fintech, or similar high-load digital products.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Data Science / Analytics Engineering Consultant to audit, redesign, and rebuild our core chargeback estimation and revenue estimation models.

This is a critical, end-to-end project. You will turn existing prototypes into production-grade pipelines within our modern data stack (dbt on Databricks & Python). Additionally, you will design and build a lightweight, business-facing scenario tool that enables finance and operations stakeholders to run “what-if” revenue simulations.

Our Technical Philosophy: Parsimony Over Black Boxes

We explicitly favor simple, highly interpretable, parametric approaches. If your first instinct for a forecasting problem is to throw an XGBoost ensemble, a deep learning model, or an LLM at it, this is not the project for you.

We build models where every parameter carries an explicit business meaning that can be explained to non-technical stakeholders in plain language (e.g., “If price increases by 10%, conversion drops by X% because our calculated price elasticity is −1.3”).
 

Scope of Work & Deliverables

• Phase 1: Discovery & Audit (Weeks 1–2): Review current estimation models (assumptions, dbt lineage, validation methods). Reconcile historical model outputs against actual accounting figures for the last 12–24 months to quantify bias and error. Deliver a written findings report.
• Phase 2: Redesign (Weeks 3–4): Propose the target parametric methodology for each model (granularity, refresh cadence, uncertainty quantification) and secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Phase 3: Rebuild (Weeks 5–9): Productionize the new models in dbt, Databricks, and Python. Use curve-based formulations with fitted historical parameters and clear confidence intervals. Implement strict unit/dbt testing and MLflow tracking.
• Phase 4: Scenario Tool (Weeks 9–10): Build a lightweight business interface (e.g., Streamlit on Databricks or a parameterized Databricks SQL dashboard). Users must be able to input hypotheses (price ±X%, volume ±Y%, mix shifts) and instantly view projected net impact with uncertainty bands.
• Phase 5: Handover (Weeks 11–12): Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, deliver runbooks/model cards, and provide a 2-week post-handover bug-fix support window.

• Experience: 5–8+ years in Data Science, Quant Analytics, or Senior Analytics Engineering.
• Production Ownership: Proven track record of owning financial-estimation or forecasting models in production end-to-end.
• The “Parsimony” Mindset: Demonstrable expertise in parametric/curve-based modeling (price elasticity, cohort survival curves, demand curves, GLMs) over black-box ML.

ORIL is looking for a skilled and proactive Middle+ Full-Stack Engineer with DevOps skills to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines active participation in core product development with reliable, structured on-call support for a business-critical aviation operations system.

Product Development:

Production Support & Reliability:

• Compensation: Monthly retainer for availability + hourly compensation for actual development and incident resolution work.

We are seeking a Paid Social Media Buyer with 4-5 years of experience running multi-platform campaigns, with a strong foundation in Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) and experience across one or more of TikTok, Pinterest, or Reddit.

This role goes beyond execution - you will play a critical part in content briefing, testing, and mapping paid creative against the funnel.

You’ll work with a diverse mix of brands and verticals – medical, legal, home renovation, retail and D2C – managing campaign strategy and day-to-day optimizations, and contribute to strategic insight development shared with our clients.

Paid Social Strategy & Execution

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok (proficiency with Meta is a must in this role)

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

We are a U.S.-based trucking company looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent person to take ownership of our internal systems, ClickUp structure, SaaS accounts, technical onboarding, and daily technical support.

This is not just a basic support role. We need someone who can receive a task, understand the goal, research what is needed, use AI and documentation, solve the problem, document the solution, and make sure it does not create more confusion later.

We use many cloud systems across dispatch, safety, maintenance, drivers, phones, forms, documents, and internal operations. The main goal of this role is to keep everything clean, accurate, organized, and working.

Main responsibility

You will be responsible for keeping our systems, accounts, workflows, and ClickUp workspace organized and accurate.

Every task should be owned from start to finish. If something is unclear, you should investigate, ask the right questions, use AI/tools/documentation, contact vendor support if needed, and bring the issue to completion.

What you will do

1. ClickUp ownership

• Build, clean up, and maintain ClickUp spaces, folders, lists, views, forms, statuses, templates, automations, and task structures
• Organize workflows so the team knows exactly what to do, where to find information, and how to follow the process
• Make sure tasks are complete, clear, assigned correctly, and not forgotten
• Maintain ClickUp Docs, SOPs, checklists, and internal instructions
• Help move processes from Google Sheets and scattered messages into structured ClickUp workflows

• Create onboarding checklists and improve them after every issue
• Explain tools clearly to non-technical users

4. Daily technical support

• Help office staff, dispatchers, managers, and drivers with technical issues
• Troubleshoot login problems, email problems, app issues, access issues, device problems, and basic system errors
• Use RustDesk or similar remote support tools when needed
• Contact software vendor support and follow up until the issue is solved
• Document every repeated issue and solution so the same problem is easier next time

5. Google Workspace and communication systems

• Manage Google Workspace users, groups, shared inboxes, email routing, Drive access, and basic security settings
• Support Gmail and Google Drive organization
• Set up and troubleshoot RingCentral users, phone numbers, call routing, and basic VoIP issues
• Help organize company communication and reduce confusion between tools

6. Basic technical systems support

• Basic AWS / Ubuntu / Docker support
• SSH into servers when needed
• Start, stop, restart, or check Docker containers
• Support Kasm virtual desktops
