CAD/BIM Specialist (Point Cloud Processing)

We’re hiring a CAD/BIM specialist with about 2 years of experience to transform laser scan and point cloud data into precise drawings and 3D models for architectural and engineering projects.
 

What you’ll do

• Develop and update CAD drawings and BIM models using point cloud data
• Produce floor plans, sections, elevations, and basic 3D models
• Verify dimensions and make sure all deliverables accurately reflect the source data
• Collaborate with the team to clarify project requirements and deliver on schedule
• Learn and apply tools that streamline repetitive modeling tasks
   

What we’re looking for

• About 2 years of hands-on experience in CAD drafting or BIM modeling
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit
• Ability to read architectural drawings and understand building layouts
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• English good enough for everyday work communication
• Openness to learning point cloud workflows and new software
   

Nice to have

• Experience with point clouds or Scan-to-BIM projects
• Familiarity with tools like ReCap or CloudCompare
• Basic knowledge of Dynamo, scripting, or workflow automation
   

You don’t need to know every tool on this list. What matters most is strong CAD/BIM fundamentals and a genuine willingness to learn.
