The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for the company. This role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience. 

The Senior Talent Acquisition specialist collaborates closely with hiring managers and department directors to understand staffing needs, ensuring timely searches and successful position closures. This role also includes implementing effective recruiting strategies, providing insights through recruitment metrics analysis, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the pipeline of top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience;
• Proactively source and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals;
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and provide recruitment expertise to ensure timely and quality hires;
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks to ensure alignment with professional requirements, soft skills requirements, and culture fit;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing feedback,k and guiding candidates through each stage of the recruitment process;
• Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture to attract top talent;
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on hiring progress and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives;
• Meet the internal recruitment metrics by ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process;
• Regularly evaluate recruitment tools, technologies, and methodologies to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, ideally within the fast-paced world of tech, managing end-to-end hiring processes;
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles, including technical, managerial, and executive-level positions;
• Previous experience in international recruitment and sourcing for global roles .
• Strong knowledge of recruitment dynamics across Europe, particularly in markets like Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Romania;
• Familiarity with employer branding and talent market research to attract top talent;
• Experience working closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align on talent strategy and role requirements;
• Background in high-volume recruiting in the IT industry and working in fast-paced environments is a plus.
• A strong background in recruiting data engineering talent, with solid insight into the domain;

Ensure the reliability, security, and quality of Confidential Cloud through automated testing pipelines. Develop and maintain scalable QA automation frameworks covering APIs, UI components, and cloud infrastructure services built on OpenStack.
 

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for backend APIs, OpenStack integrations, and web UI (Horizon).
• Implement end-to-end testing pipelines for deployment, configuration, and runtime validation of confidential workloads.

The Role

What You'll Own

The team works closely with product and applied AI engineers, with short feedback loops and genuine technical ownership.

The role

This is a backend-focused engineering position working on core platform systems. You'll design and build the foundational services that AI-native products run on — dealing with architecture decisions, performance problems, data modeling, and system reliability.

The work is technically demanding. When something difficult or critical needs to be solved properly, this role is expected to lead that effort.

What you'll work on

• Designing and implementing backend services and system components end-to-end
• Building infrastructure that supports fast iteration without sacrificing reliability
• Investigating and resolving complex issues across performance, data, and APIs
• Collaborating with platform, AI, and product teams to deliver systems that are observable and maintainable
• Improving developer experience through better tooling, clearer standards, and thoughtful architecture

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with JavaScript tech stack, with clear ownership of complex backend systems
• Strong Node.js proficiency- clean, well-structured backend code matters here
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data modeling
• Good debugging instincts and sound engineering judgement
• Ability to learn new domains quickly and work independently

Useful additions

• Experience with distributed systems, caching layers, message queues, or multi-tenant architectures
• Background in AI/LLM integration on the backend
• Familiarity with AI development platforms or coding assistants
• Previous work on enterprise platforms or AI infrastructure
• Platform/infrastructure experience: observability, CI/CD, API design

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

• Design and development of the core banking system and Internet acquiring service within the financial ecosystem
• Participation in product architecture design and query optimization
• Data handling: synchronization, transmission, and processing
• Implementation of new business logic in applications
• Work with metrics: integration, optimization, and monitoring. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• At least 4-5+ years of experience in backend development, including 2+ years of production experience with Golang
• Deep knowledge of Golang and its ecosystem
• Solid understanding of multithreaded systems and concurrent programming principles
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining microservice architectures
• Strong understanding and practical application of software development principles: SOA, SOLID, KISS, DRY
• Experience in architectural design and readiness to propose and implement technical solutions
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture principles and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience in fintech is a plus, but not required 
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
