- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) to ensure seamless design-to-dev handoffs.
- Experience building scalable, accessible, and responsive design systems from the ground up.
- Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms is a strong plus.
- A strategic mindset with the communication skills to confidently present ideas, give feedback, and lead discussions.
