About the role

We are seeking a Middle- to Senior-level UX/UI Designer who can combine creativity and usability, delve deeply into the essence of each project, and carefully consider logic, flows, and navigation. You follow design trends but rely on your own taste and critical thinking, aiming for solutions that are both visually strong and genuinely useful.

You’ll work within our established UX/UI process, owning design for projects from discovery to delivery, and using AI tools as a natural part of your workflow.

What you’ll do

• Own the UX/UI design for assigned projects from discovery to delivery, following and improving our established design process.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, constraints, and user needs, and turn them into clear design tasks.
• Learn project materials and domain specifics, clarify requirements, and provide initial design estimations for your work.
• Conduct and synthesize user and market research (including desk research, competitor analysis, and using AI tools for faster insights).
• Create CJMs, user journeys, user flows, and sitemaps to structure the product and define information architecture.
• Design low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI screens in Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Ensure intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences across all touchpoints.
• Use AI tools for research, UX writing support, and media generation (images, icons, simple illustrations, basic video snippets) to speed up and enrich the design process.
• Prepare and deliver clear design presentations, tell the story behind your decisions, and confidently answer questions from clients and the team.
• Collaborate closely with developers to validate technical feasibility, cover edge cases, and provide a clean, detailed handoff in Figma.
• Support implementation, reviewing builds, and helping the team keep the product aligned with the design.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to other designers, and contribute to improving our design processes and standards.
• Collaborate with the team via Slack and ClickUp, and participate in regular project and design review meetings.
• You’ll work within a clear, user-centered UX/UI process, while keeping enough flexibility to adapt to each project and client.

What you bring (Requirements)

Experience & hard skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer working on web and/or mobile products (agency or product teams).
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end case studies that show your thinking, not only beautiful UI screens.
• Excellent Figma skills: components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
• Hands-on experience working with and maintaining design systems and UI kits.
• Solid UX toolkit:
  • user and market research (AI-assisted and manual),
  • CJM and user journeys,

The Rust backend handles message routing, user matching algorithms, group management, API and the web presence. We are looking for a designer to shape the visual identity, user experience and interaction design across mobile and web. This is a client-commissioned project with a clear product vision.

REQUIREMENTS:

1+ years of experience in UI UX or product design for web or mobile applications. Strong understanding of user flows, interaction patterns and clean interface design. What this role actually is

You own the visual layer of everything we ship - websites, SaaS products, landing pages. You receive strategic wireframes and transform them into UI designs that look completely different visually but preserve the exact same information architecture.

This means:

• You look at a wireframe and see what it's really saying: which element carries the most weight, how the eye should flow, what the user should do next. Then you build a visual system around that intent.
• You care about typography, spacing, and hierarchy at the pixel level. Not because you're obsessive, but because you understand these details directly affect whether users read, click, or leave.
• You can defend every design decision with reasoning, not taste. 
• You handle feedback like a professional. Clients will have opinions. Some will be wrong. You push back with evidence when it matters and adapt when it doesn't.

• Work where your visual thinking is immediately obvious. We're not digging through average work looking for potential.
• If every project looks like the same template with different colors, that tells us you have one move.

Preferably, you have at least 3+ years of experience as a U/UX designer and have worked in an agency, tech company, or freelancer. The role is less about branding or creating visually appealing static images, and more about bringing design clarity to complex business requirements.
 

* Strong portfolio in SaaS products: preferably B2B, admin dashboards, or enterprise systems

* Experience designing complex, multi-role systems: e.g., admin vs. end-user vs. manager workflows

* Data-heavy UI design: tables, filters, analytics dashboards, reporting interfaces, form builders

* Design system creation & maintenance: consistency across large platforms, tokens, components, responsive layout etc

* Bonus: graphic design skills will be a bonus, but it’s not required. Understanding Business Analysis is also a good fit as well.

Role Overview

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive experiences for our AI-driven merchandising platform. You will translate complex generative-AI capabilities into clear, user-friendly workflows that help brands design, test, and launch products faster.

In this role, you will own the design process end-to-end—from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff—working closely with Product, Engineering, and ML teams. Your focus will be on simplifying complexity, building scalable design systems, and continuously improving the experience through data, experimentation, and user feedback.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience & Background)

• 4+ years designing UX/UI for digital products (SaaS, AI-driven platforms, or data-heavy applications).
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end design: discovery → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → handoff → post-launch iteration.
