We are currently seeking an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in Salesforce projects to join our dynamic, global team. This role plays a crucial part in our technical endeavors, focusing on quality assurance to ensure the excellence of our software products across various business domains within our managed services portfolio. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing QA processes on the project, designing and implementing test plans following industry best practices, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate should possess an Agile mindset, excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of QA processes and tools. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a QA engineer  
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce 
• Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid development methodologies 
• Comprehensive understanding of the software test life cycle (STLC) and defect management lifecycle 
• Experience with QA tools and techniques  
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills 

• English level: Intermediate + 

   

  Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software applications within different business domains 
• Oversee and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) 
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs; ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner 
• Perform regression testing and ensure release readiness 
• Review requirements and identify issues at early stages of SDLC 
• Conduct post-release testing 
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, providing them with directions and support 
• Investigate customer problems and document results 
• Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and best practices 
• Maintain a strong focus on client needs and the specific requirements of various managed services domains 
• Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and delivery of high-quality software products
