In this role, you’ll support a unit comprising 140 employees and 23 Leads. Your primary mission will be to empower the management and leadership team, helping them thrive and excel by driving employee engagement, fostering leadership development, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Your team includes team leaders with diverse experience levels - some are new to their roles, while others are seasoned professionals seeking a trusted HR partner to guide and collaborate with.

Responsibilities

• Partnering closely with the leadership team (Delivery Directors, Delivery Managers, PMs and Team Leads) to drive organizational success

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / HR Assistant to provide administrative, HR, and personal support to the CEO. Які навички та критерії нам зараз важливі:
 

• 3+ роки досвіду роботи у ролях HRBP / People Partner / HR-експертних функціях у продуктових або технологічних компаніях;
• Досвід прямої роботи з менеджерами та командами: проведення one-on-one, консультації, підтримка у вирішенні комплексних people-ситуацій та розвитку командної динаміки;
• Маєш практичний досвід ведення повного життєвого циклу співробітника (onboarding, розвиток, performance, wellbeing, retention, offboarding) у кількох департаментах одночасно.
• Береш участь у кросфункціональних HR-ініціативах та у створенні рішень у межах CoE (аналітика, адаптація, wellbeing тощо), які масштабуються на рівень компанії.
• Знаєш базові навички HR-аналітики: уміння читати та інтерпретувати дані з опитувань (eNPS, engagement, pulse surveys), метрик плинності та ефективності, готувати інсайти для менеджерів.
• Можеш впроваджувати та оптимізовувати процеси employee experience (онбординг, розвиток, wellbeing, утримання, офбординг) та подальшого аналізу їх ефективності за метриками.
• Базовий досвід участі в проєктах автоматизації HR-процесів (workflow, self-service, інтеграції HRIS) або готовність швидко опанувати такі рішення.

Що буде входити у твої обов’язки:
 

• Працювати як People Partner з керівниками та командами визначених департаментів: IT, Product, Analytics, Design.
• Надавати щоденну підтримку менеджерам і співробітникам у people-викликах: консультувати з people-policy, модерувати вирішення проблем і конфліктних ситуацій.
• Забезпечувати ефективну взаємодію між керівниками та HR-напрямком для оперативного вирішення завдань.

Мета посади

Залучення нових корпоративних клієнтів на послуги з оцінки персоналу компанії Sofia HR.

Основні обов’язки

• Самостійний пошук потенційних клієнтів.
• Формування бази компаній для розвитку співпраці.
