• Experience in performance-driven verticals such as gaming (preferably web), fintech, utilities, or health
• Strong understanding of value-based bidding (ROAS/revenue optimization), including conversion windows, value weighting, and signal strategy
• Track record of designing and implementing automation: scripts, rules, monitoring systems, and workflows that reduce manual optimization
• Strong analytical fluency across advertising and product analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude, Looker/Looker Studio, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
• Comfortable operating with imperfect attribution and delayed revenue signals, with the ability to make sound decisions despite incomplete data
• Ability to clearly explain performance drivers and scaling mechanics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership-driven mindset: analytical, structured, systems-oriented, and focused on long-term profitability over vanity metrics
• Transparent and proactive: comfortable surfacing issues, making decisions without perfect data, and being accountable for outcomes
• Fluency in English (B2+)

• Experience with Microsoft Ads at scale, beyond basic campaign mirroring
• Experience in mobile apps, rewards, or marketplace products

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who can build long-term partnerships, work with performance metrics, and contribute to scaling traffic and results.

Responsibilities

• Attract new affiliate partners and develop long-term relationships with existing ones
• Monitor traffic quality, scale campaigns, and detect/prevent fraud
• Analyze key performance metrics (KPI, EPC, ROI, LTV) and prepare insights and recommendations
• Collaborate effectively with the team and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and optimize traffic flows
• Participate in international industry conferences

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in the iGaming vertical
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• English level Intermediate or higher
• Proactive, result-oriented mindset with a growth-driven attitude
