We're looking for a dedicated Google Ads specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across two lines of business: Lead Generation and User Generation.
Our acquisition strategy is becoming increasingly funnel-driven, with more experiments and landing page variations to run than ever. We want a specialist who lives and breathes this work — someone who can turn a growing backlog of ideas into a fast-moving, continuously improving testing engine, and ultimately into a scalable, predictable revenue driver for the company. You'll step into a channel that already works — you're not starting from zero, you're taking something proven and scaling it.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube to drive profitable lead and user generation.
• Develop new acquisition funnels and continuously test new ideas
• Increase the volume and velocity of experiments (creative, landing pages, offers, audiences)
• Improve campaign profitability and optimize CAC/CPL
• Launch new funnels faster and improve conversion rates across the board
• Build a repeatable testing framework for continuous, measurable improvement
• Collaborate with developers on tracking, conversion APIs, and landing page implementation
• Eventually expand into Microsoft Ads (Bing) as a secondary channel

First 6 months:

• Lead Generation campaigns operating as a significant, reliable profit center
• Multiple independently profitable Google acquisition funnels running at scale
• A scalable User Generation funnel with predictable unit economics
• Successful expansion into Microsoft Ads (Bing) as an additional profitable channel
• A repeatable experimentation framework driving ongoing performance gains

Requirements:

• Experience managing Google Ads accounts with $100,000+/month in ad spend
• Strong background in lead generation, not only eCommerce
• Proven track record designing and scaling acquisition funnels — not just managing existing campaigns
• Strong CRO experience with measurable business results
• Experience working with developers on tracking, conversion APIs, and landing page implementation

Nice to have:

• Experience in U.S. lead generation verticals: Real Estate, Cash for Homes, Mortgage, Home Insurance, Auto Insurance, Legal, or Home Services

CBD Local Inc. is a US CBD brand doing over $4M per month. We are building an in-house paid acquisition team and looking for a Media Buyer who can launch Meta / Facebook Ads and Google Ads in restricted verticals - and keep them running.

This is not a role for someone who has only ever bought on a clean, whitelisted account. Our verticals get flagged and restricted by default. We need a person who treats that as the normal working environment and knows how to operate inside it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Plan, launch and scale Meta / Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns for our own products

- Own the full cycle: account infrastructure, creatives, funnels, landing pages, tracking, optimisation

- Real experience in grey or restricted verticals: you understand why accounts get shut down and what to do about it

- You have scaled past $10k per month in spend and can walk us through what broke and how you fixed it

- You know how restricted-vertical account infrastructure works and how to keep it stable

- Analytics: you can build a tracking setup, read the data and make decisions from it

- Fluent Russian or Ukrainian - the team works in Russian

- English B1+ for tools, documentation and platform support

This is an early-stage opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who wants to take an active role in building and developing the marketing function of a growing iGaming product.      Responsibilities
 

     Marketing Planning and Campaign Delivery
 

• Maintain the integrated marketing calendar and execute approved plans across casino, sportsbook, target GEOs and player-lifecycle stages.
• Translate commercial objectives into clear briefs, timelines, owners, assets, landing pages, tracking requirements, approvals and post-campaign reviews.
• Coordinate marketing readiness for brand, market, product, game and promotion launches with Casino/Sportsbook, CRM, Operations, Risk, Legal & Compliance and IT Department.
• Manage day-to-day delivery by agencies, freelancers and marketing vendors, tracking deliverables, costs and required documentation.
   

     Acquisition, Affiliates and Partnerships
 

• Support player acquisition across affiliates, paid media, SEO/content, influencers and streamers, social and community channels and relevant crypto-native networks.
• Source, onboard and coordinate affiliates, creators and media partners, including briefs, approved commercial terms, tracking links, promo codes, creatives and launch support.
• Monitor channel, campaign and partner performance; identify opportunities to scale, optimise or stop activity based on player quality and unit economics.
• Work with Risk to identify suspicious, incentivised or low-quality traffic and with Legal & Compliance to enforce brand, advertising and responsible-gambling requirements.
  
  CRM, Promotions and Player Lifecycle
   
• Coordinate segmented campaigns and automated journeys across onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation and loyalty using email, push, SMS and onsite/in-app channels.
• Maintain the casino and sportsbook promotion calendar, coordinating welcome offers, reloads, cashback, free spins, tournaments, major events and reactivation campaigns.
• Ensure offers, eligibility rules, limits, terms and conditions, consent and suppression rules receive all required commercial, Risk and Legal & Compliance approvals before launch.
• Run structured A/B tests across audiences, offers, messages, creatives, channels, timing and landing pages, and apply learnings to future campaigns.
  
  Analytics, Governance and Cross-functional Improvement
   
• Produce concise weekly and monthly reporting covering FTDs, conversion, CPA/CAC, ROAS, NGR contribution, LTV, retention, bonus cost, traffic quality and channel profitability.
• Track marketing spend against approved budgets, validate vendor and partner performance and reconcile cost reporting with Finance; escalate variances promptly.
• Maintain auditable campaign approvals and ensure no activity launches without required GEO, advertising, data-privacy, responsible-gambling and promotional clearances.
• Work with Payments, Operations and Customer Support to identify and reduce friction across registration, deposit, gameplay, promotion and retention journeys.
  
  Brand, Content and Community
   
• Apply the approved brand positioning, tone of voice and visual standards consistently across player touchpoints.
• Coordinate content and creative production for websites, landing pages, social media, communities, CRM, affiliate materials and promotional placements, including localization and quality assurance. 
• Support day-to-day community presence and campaign activation across relevant platforms and streaming channels. 
• Monitor competitors, market trends, player sentiment and cultural nuances across priority GEOs and convert observations into actionable campaign recommendations.
  
  Requirements
   
• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including practical experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook or betting.
• Demonstrated delivery across at least two core channels - performance acquisition, affiliates, CRM/retention, content/SEO, social/community or influencer marketing - with working knowledge of the others.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming player funnel, including registration, FTD, deposits, conversion, retention, reactivation, bonuses and player value.
• Working knowledge of affiliate commercial models (CPA, RevShare and Hybrid), tracking links, postbacks, promo codes and traffic-quality considerations.
• Experience coordinating campaign briefs, creative production, localisation, landing pages, approvals, launch QA and external partners.
