• Stay updated on the latest AI design trends and techniques. Experiment with tools like Grok, Gemini, and Midjourney to create unique concepts, speed up production, and explore new visual styles.
• Work closely with the marketing and HR team to brainstorm ideas that make people stop scrolling and pay attention 👀 Test creative ideas and adapt them based on feedback and performance.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Motion Designer who is obsessed with the new wave of AI video tools and how they can be make beautifully engaging, social-first ad content.

Key Tasks:

1. Управління процесом створення креативів
• Організація повного циклу виробництва креативів 
• Розподіл задач між дизайнерами з урахуванням пріоритетів
• Контроль дедлайнів та навантаження команди
• Забезпечення стабільного потоку креативів під потреби баїнгу

2. Взаємодія з командами баїнгу
• Збір та структуризація вимог від замовників
• Синхронізація очікувань між відділом Motion Design та замовниками
• Оперативна комунікація по правках і наданому фідбеку

3. Контроль якості креативів
• Оцінка якості матеріалів перед передачею замовнику
• Підтримка стандартів якості 
• Аналіз успішних/неуспішних креативів разом з баїнг командами

4. Управління ефективністю відділу (KPI)
• Визначення та контроль KPI дизайнерів (обʼєм, швидкість, якість, результативність креативів)
• Аналіз продуктивності команди
• Участь в оптимізації процесів для підвищення ефективності

5. Робота з гіпотезами та масштабуванням
• Участь у генерації нових підходів до креативів
• Масштабування успішних підходів
• Відслідковування трендів ринку та аналіз конкурентів
