• Deep, "crypto-native" understanding of the Web3 ecosystem. You should be familiar with DeFi, L1/L2s, and, most importantly, the airdrop, testnet, and token sale landscape
• Knowledge of the crypto social ecosystem, from key platforms (Twitter/X, Telegram) to emerging ones (e.g., Farcaster, Binance Square). You must be able to spot emerging trends, new narratives on the market, and understand how the crypto community behaves
• Knowledge of SEO. You must have an understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and satisfying search intent. You should also have hands-on experience with SEO tools (like Ahrefs or Semrush) to help find topics and optimize content
• A proactive, self-starter attitude. You can take full ownership of the social media function, from strategy to execution, without needing heavy oversight
