The Role
Weβre looking for a data-driven, high-ownership User Acquisition Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing. In this role, you will own and scale acquisition across paid social, emerging channels, and growth experimentsβdirectly shaping the companyβs growth trajectory. Youβll partner closely with the CMO, enjoy full strategic autonomy, and play a pivotal role in building the future of a fast-growing product.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social & Performance Marketing
- Own and scale user acquisition across TikTok, Snap, Meta, and emerging social platforms.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, pacing, and optimization with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and retention.
- Build and iterate creative + CPP testing frameworks to drive continuous A/B experimentation.
- Collaborate with design to translate insights into hypotheses and streamline creative production.
- Analyze creatives deeply to identify winning patterns, angles, and new opportunities.
Cross-Channel Growth
- Leverage experience with DSPs (Moloco, Liftoff, Unity, Kayzen), ad networks, and incent traffic.
- Test and scale incremental UA channels while managing fraud, quality, and attribution nuances.
Attribution & Analytics
- Demonstrate strong command of MMPs (Singular preferred), SKAN v4+, and privacy-centric optimization.
- Troubleshoot attribution discrepancies, event mapping, revenue tracking, and partner integrations.
- Define reporting standards, build dashboards, track daily KPIs, and deliver cohort + creative-level insights.
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Foster a culture of rapid experimentation: hypothesis β launch β measure β iterate.
- Partner with the CMO to refine strategy, share performance insights, and align on weekly priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, design, and leadership teams.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, diagnose blockers, and implement solutions.

Must-Haves
- 4+ years of hands-on mobile UA experience in gaming.
- Deep expertise managing TikTok, Snap, and Meta at scale.
- Strong creative intuition with the ability to extract insights from hooks, angles, and asset performance.
- Fluency in attribution mechanics: MMPs, SKAN, SAN, event mapping, and cohort modeling.
- Proven track record of scaling budgets while maintaining CPA, ROAS, and LTV efficiency.
