THE ROLE

You’ll own the creative output for one brand — not five, not ten. One. That means deep context, sharp angles, and briefs that actually move the needle.

Your job is to produce ~20 detailed creative briefs per week, coach video editors on execution, and constantly iterate based on ad account data. You’re the bridge between performance data and creative execution.

DAY TO DAY, YOU WILL:

— Spot winning creative formats and hooks trending across Meta and social platforms 
— Write detailed, actionable briefs that editors can run with — no ambiguity, no fluff 
— Analyze ad account performance and turn data into creative iterations
— Give structured, specific feedback to video editors and push their output higher

— Work directly with the Head of Growth and Creative Director on strategy and testing 
— Stay sharp on AI tools, trends, and new production workflows
— Know enough about video editing to speak the language and spot problems early

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

This isn’t an entry-level role. We need someone who’s been in the trenches and knows what a winning ad looks like before it launches.

— 1+ year as a Creative Strategist or Creative Producer in ecom
— E-commerce experience is non-negotiable — DTC brands or ecom-focused agencies
— Proven work in Tier-1 markets (US, UK, CA, AU, EU) with $1M+ lifetime ad spend supported 
— Deep understanding of Meta Ads as a platform
— English B2+ — working proficiency for daily communication

Strong bonus:

— Experience in supplements & skincare — you’ll stand out immediately

— Background at a top DTC brand or a high-performance creative agency 
— Actively following creative trends, ad libraries, and growth frameworks

Product that needs your engagement 

This role is open for two key projects: the AI Innovation Team and Product Content.

The AI Innovation Team is building a cutting-edge product designed to redefine how professionals interact with complex data and workflows, leveraging modern AI technologies and advanced integrations.

Product Content brings together teams responsible for website content, documentation, and design, covering the entire content ecosystem within the Devart BU. This includes managing and evolving the website, blog, product documentation, and the overall UI/UX content experience.

Your future team of professionals 

You will become part of a dynamic PMO Team, where we value ownership, curiosity, and collaboration. Our team includes the Head of Project Management Office and the Project Manager. The team shares a strong feedback culture and a growth mindset — we don’t just build features, we solve real problems.

Impact you will make 

• Collaborate with HoP, HoPMO, Software Architect, and Team Leads to convert the product roadmap into a release schedule that aligns with business goals.
• Monitor the current state of the product backlog across product lines.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Prioritize tasks in collaboration with HoP, Software Architect, and Team Leads, and distribute workload across development teams.
• Ensure backlog relevance and support effective sprint planning and execution.
• Maintain and promote Agile practices within Scrum teams.
• Analyze team performance and prepare relevant reports.
• Ensure the proper state and hygiene of issues in Jira.
• Align team efforts toward successful project delivery.
• Resolve conflicts and remove impediments affecting team productivity.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with team members.
• Support HR/People Partners in onboarding new team members.
   

Skills we are looking for 

• 2+ years of experience in team management.
• Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
• English level: Intermediate or higher.
• Solid understanding of the issue lifecycle.
• Experience in facilitating and conducting Scrum events.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and values.
• Hands-on experience with ALM systems (Jira preferred).
• Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation (Confluence preferred).
• Solid understanding of task estimation and decomposition approaches.
• Strong communication skills, independence, and self-organization.
