Your Role:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing robust infrastructure solutions for our multi-market microservices architecture. You’ll work across cloud environments, container orchestration platforms, and observability tools to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
What You Will Be Doing:

• Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Terragrunt on AWS
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (on-premises and AWS EKS) and deploy services with Helm
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD
• Implement and manage Istio service mesh to enhance microservices networking and observability
• Secure and manage sensitive information using Vault and AWS Secrets Manager
• Monitor infrastructure performance and availability using VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK, and Alert Manager
• Participate in the duty schedule and react to infrastructure-related production incidents
• Optimize and maintain databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) for high availability and performance
• Collaborate with development teams to support fast, safe, and efficient delivery pipelines
• Contribute to a DevSecOps culture with a strong focus on security standards and operational best practices

Your Experience:

• 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer, working in production-grade environments
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and Kubernetes (EKS and on-prem)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Terragrunt
• Solid scripting experience (Python and Bash preferred)
• Familiar with CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI/CD, Ansible) and GitOps principles (Flux, ArgoCD)
• Hands-on with Helm, Istio, Vault, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana
• Experience in managing relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Good understanding of DevSecOps practices and relevant security certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS)
• Familiarity with observability and alerting stack (ELK, Alert Manager, PagerDuty)

Обов’язково:

Розгортка, експлуатація та розвиток високонавантажених (highload) Linux-based систем. Проектування, налаштування та використання систем моніторингу он-лайн сервісів із вимогами функціонування 24/7/365. Розробка, впровадження та експлуатація рішень CI/CD DevOps для колективу інженерів-програмістів.

Jenkins, ElasticSearch, ansible. Засоби резервного копіювання серверної інфраструктури за баз даних із досвідом формування регламентів відновлення та контролю резервних копій.

Буде перевагою:

Прогнозування можливих точок відмови за навантаженням. Адміністрування та обслуговування баз даних. Docker/Kubernetes.

Цілі на період онбордінга (адаптації):

1. Сформувати власне розуміння IT-інфраструктури проекту.

2. Напрацювати розуміння можливих «точок відмови» у проекті та надати план їх усунення із формуванням «регламентів» у разі потреби ручної роботи.

3. Виконати якнайменше декілька «нескладних» завдань з фаху.

4. Виконати одне «складне» завдання із розгортки та налаштування систем моніторингу.

eZdorovya - IT підприємство, що відповідає за розробку і впровадження наймаштабніших проєктів в Україні з електронної системи охорони здоров'я eHealth - реформа медицини.

Ключове завдання eZdorovya - побудувати стабільну, політично незалежну, безпечну електронну систему охорони здоров'я, а також створити умови для розвитку вільного та конкурентного ринку ІТ-послуг у медицині та можливостей взаємодії з центральною базою даних eHealth. У зв'язку з розширенням збільшуємо команду DevOps на 2 спеціаліста.

Обов’язки:

Оптимізація використання інфраструктури.
Визначення, розміщення та планування інфраструктурних проектів автоматизації програмного забезпечення.
Написання та оновлення необхідної документації.
Моніторинг сервісів.
Аналіз на покращення існуючих середовищ / структури. Автоматизація рутинних процесів.
Технічна консультація щодо виправлення програмних та мережевих проблем, пов’язаних із продуктивністю та функціональністю.
Моніторинг інфраструктури та додатків.
Впровадження та підтримка інструментів для проактивного моніторингу, планування та налаштування ефективності внутрішньої інфраструктури.

Необхідні навички:

Знання в базах даних SQL/noSQL.
Робота з docker, Kubernetes.
Досвід налаштування веб-додатків на віртуальній машині в Google Cloud або Amazon Web Services або  VMWare fundation.
