What you’ll do:

— Become the first hire in a new Platform team and build the infrastructure function from scratch — from strategy to execution, with full ownership and impact across the business;
— Transform infrastructure that has grown alongside the product into a mature, well-structured platform — with clear service maps, dependencies, and ownership areas;
— Take Terraform and Kubernetes to the next level of maturity: modular IaC architecture, standardized deployments, autoscaling — ensuring every release is predictable and reliable;
— Build a full observability system: metrics, logs, traces, alerting — so the team can proactively monitor system health instead of reacting after issues occur;
— Strengthen security practices: access management, secrets handling, protection from external threats — and make security an integral part of the engineering culture;
— Optimize data infrastructure — ensuring stable and efficient pipelines for analytics and business decision-making;
— Create platform templates for new services — so product teams can focus on features instead of infrastructure;
— Work across three core business domains — Product, Growth/Marketing, and Payments — building solutions that scale the entire business, not just individual teams.

This role is for you if...

Must-have

— 5+ years of commercial experience in Infrastructure / DevOps;
— Strong experience with Kubernetes + Helm (clusters, deployments, autoscaling, health checks);
— GCP — projects, networking, services, access management;
— Terraform — infrastructure as code, modules, state management;
— CI/CD — building and maintaining pipelines;
— Observability — monitoring, logging, alerting (Prometheus/Grafana or similar);
— Security — access control, secrets management, protection from external threats;
— Ability to write production-level code — not just scripts (Bash/Python), but also capable of contributing to backend (Node.js/TypeScript) to solve engineering challenges;
— Ownership mindset — proactively identifying risks, driving solutions, and thinking in terms of business impact;
— Actively using AI tools in your workflow to move faster and think broader.

The Challenge

We are moving from "early traction" to systematic scaling. We aren't looking for someone to just manage a funnel; we need a Revenue Architect to build our "Revenue Operating System." Your mission is to take our existing momentum and turn it into a predictable, high-output engine.

Your Responsibilities:

• GTM Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for acquisition, activation, and retention across global markets (US, LATAM, EU).
• The B2B Sales Engine (Primary Focus): * Identify and close high-value partnerships with MCNs, agencies, and creator networks.
  • Implement robust Outbound/ABM systems (LinkedIn, direct, strategic partnerships).
  • Structure the sales process from lead gen to "closed-won" to account management.
• The B2C Creator Growth: * Scale the acquisition of monetized creators globally through paid (Meta, TikTok, Google) and organic loops.
  • Build influencer and ambassador programs that turn our users into our biggest advocates.
• Brand & Positioning: Ensure MilX is the most trusted name in creator fintech, owning messaging that resonates with both 19-year-old YouTubers and corporate agency CEOs.
• Team & Execution: Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing squad. You own the budget, the KPIs, and the ROI.

Requirements:

• English Proficiency: C1 (Advanced) is a must for global communication.
• 7+ years of leadership in Growth/Sales (Fintech, SaaS, or Creator Economy preferred).
• Proven "0 to 1" experience: You have built a revenue system from scratch, not just managed an existing one.
• Unit economics mastery: Deep expertise in LTV/CAC, payback periods, and data tools (HubSpot, Mixpanel, GA4, Appsflyer).
• Global operator: Proven success in scaling international markets (specifically the Americas and Europe).
• Fintech literacy: Understanding of payment flows, fees, and cross-border financial pain points.
• The "Founder" mentality: You prefer a bias toward action and take full ownership of the P&L.
• The Hybrid Leader: Experience in both high-velocity B2C growth and high-touch B2B enterprise sales.
• Bi-Lingual (Strategy & Execution): Ability to design a 12-month strategy and personally close high-stakes deals or write ad copy.

We are looking for an experienced Cloud & Virtualization Engineer to strengthen our team with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Hyper-V. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize cloud and virtualized infrastructure.

Experience and Skills:
 

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Active Directory, and other core services.
• Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and its ecosystem: Hyper-V Manager, Virtual Machine Manager (VMM), Failover Clustering, SCOM, MOM, etc.
• Familiarity with Azure Stack / Azure Local solutions.
• A strong grasp of virtualization concepts, including designing, deploying, configuring Hyper-V environments, resource allocation, migrations, and high availability.
• Understanding how to optimize Hyper-V resource management for maximum hardware efficiency and performance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and requirements.
• Confidence in deploying, configuring, and managing virtual machines and cloud resources in Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure Site Recovery for VM backup and disaster recovery.
• Experience working with container technologies (Docker) and Kubernetes: deploying, managing, and maintaining containerized workloads.
• Scripting and automation skills: PowerShell, Python, Terraform (others are a plus).
• Ability to write scripts for automating installation, configuration, and operations in both Azure and Hyper-V.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Cloud & Virtualization Projects:

• Develop and implement strategies for migrating workloads to Microsoft Azure.
• Work with Azure services — deployment, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Design and maintain solution architecture using Azure Local and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Configure and optimize Hyper-V networking: virtual networks, VPNs, routing, load balancing.

Architecture & Implementation:

• Take part in planning and executing projects based on Hyper-V and Azure.
• Define optimal configurations for Hyper-V and Azure environments based on project/business needs.
• Design and implement secure, reliable, and high-performance solutions using Hyper-V and Azure.

Automation & Monitoring:

• Build and maintain automation for cloud and virtualization environments (PowerShell, Terraform).
• Develop monitoring solutions and ensure service quality for Hyper-V and virtual machines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
