What We Expect from You

• 2+ years of experience in CRO / Web Analytics / Product Analytics
• Experience with e-commerce projects (Shopify)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Clarity, etc.
• Understanding of A/B testing and hypothesis validation
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Upper-Intermediate+ English 

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings
• Work with the Shopify customizer to create and maintain website pages and content
• Analyze user behavior on the website (funnels, sessions, heatmaps, user journeys)
• Identify conversion bottlenecks and growth opportunities
• Develop and prioritize hypotheses for improving website performance
• Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests (UX/UI, content, offers, structure)
• Work with customer feedback, returns data, and product insights
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Support teams
• Monitor key metrics (CR, AOV, Revenue) and evaluate impact of changes

• Prepare reports and provide actionable insights

Our Customer:

A fast-growing product startup in the Video AI domain, collaborating with global publishers and broadcasters to enhance video content experiences at scale.

Your tasks:

• Own the full development lifecycle — from requirements analysis and system design to implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Design, build, and scale backend services, primarily using Ruby on Rails and Python.
• Develop and optimize frontend solutions using Vanilla JavaScript (ES6), CSS, and modern frameworks such as React and Vue.
• Ensure high performance of user interfaces, focusing on Core Web Vitals and overall responsiveness.
• Work with a high-scale, distributed tech stack including PostgreSQL, Kafka, Spark, Redis, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, Celery, and Iceberg.
• Deploy, maintain, and scale applications in cloud environments, leveraging infrastructure tools like Terraform and Nomad.

Required experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in software development with strong backend expertise (proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Python, Java for building scalable backend systems).
• 4+ years of experience in frontend development using Vanilla JavaScript (ES6), HTML, CSS.
• 2+ years of experience with modern frameworks (React or Vue).
• Strong understanding of performance optimization principles, including Core Web Vitals.
• Hands-on experience designing and building high-load, distributed systems.
• Experience working with modern data and messaging technologies (Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Practical experience using AI-powered development tools (such as Claude, Cursor, Anti-Gravity) to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) and effective communication skills.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with monetization platforms.
• Background in Big Data technologies and data-intensive systems.
• Experience in Video AI or video processing domains.
