We’re looking for a sharp and driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our team!
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SEO experience with proven successful cases;
- 2+ years in iGaming;
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms;
- English level B1+, Ukrainian/Russian;
- Experience in developing and executing SEO strategies (content, technical SEO, link building, UX);
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for SEO needs;
- Experience with high-load and multi-regional websites;
- Strong technical SEO expertise;
- Experience with SERM and Parasite SEO;
- Proficiency with SEO tools;
- Experience in A/B testing and bot behavior analysis;
- Cross-team collaboration (devs, content, link building);
- Understanding of business metrics and ability to justify decisions;
- Mentoring experience;
- Experience in automation of SEO processes.
Will be plus:
Experience working with AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor)
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership and independent management of projects;
- Steady growth in traffic and rankings across projects;
- Improvement of business metrics (registrations, FTD);
- Achievement of intermediate SEO strategy goals;
- Reduced dependency of projects on the team lead/manager;
- Scaling successful use cases across other projects;
- Initiating new ideas and approaches;
- Collaboration with the content team;
- Collaboration with the link-building team;
- Collaboration with the development team;
- Achievement of defined project KPIs;
- Budget control across projects;
- Testing hypotheses to improve project metrics and analyzing test results;
- Preparing pre-sale SEO audits for potential clients.
