Required skill-set & experience

About the role: And now we are looking for a Web Product Manager to strengthen our funnel, convert mobile users to web, and create a seamless journey that directly impacts LTV and payments conversion. Here you will have both responsibility and influence, your decisions will shape business-critical metrics, and your ideas will find their way into millions of usersβ hands. Are you in?
In this role, you will- Analyze competitors, customer needs, market trends, and insights from analytics data
- Build a feature roadmap focused on improving LTV and payments conversion
- Write clear and complete PRDs
- Manage roadmap delivery and ensure metric improvements
- Monitor key metrics and quickly resolve issues affecting performance
Itβs all about you- 3+ years of experience in Product Management
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Strong skills in user feedback analysis, data analysis, and competitor research
- Experience in conducting A/B tests
- Ability to plan and prioritize product roadmap according to business strategy
- Knowledge of prioritization frameworks such as RICE
- Team player with initiative and proactivity in proposing product improvements
Data-driven mindset combined with strong ownership
Would be a plus:
- Experience with similar web platforms
- Background in FMCG or Big4 companies
